Would definitely recommend - Experience: I had such a great experience with Xpro auto glass repair service, I called on 9/5/2025. They were extremely efficient, almost to the point where it was too good to be true and I thought there would be some sort of "catch." The staff was professional, the quality of work was excellent, and the turnaround was faster than I expected. I really appreciated how seamless the whole process was. Price: When I checked out their website, I just wanted to get a quote and they called me within 1 hour of me filling out a form for requesting their quote. I had a giant crack in my front windshield window that I needed to get fixed. I paid $365 TOTAL - which included everything including them driving TO MY HOUSE, replacing the glass, and taxes. Service: I really like how transparent they were about pricing. They gave me the price, told me that it included tax/labor and were even able to get a guy out to my house THAT SAME DAY. I requested the quote at 10 am, received a call around 10:40 am ish, and had an appointment so wasn't able to go home until later and asked them to come to my house anytime after 2 pm. They said that they could make that work and were able to get a guy to come at 3 pm that day. He took only 40 minutes to replace my window and took the whole cracked windshield window with him so that I didn't even have to worry about disposal or anything. I was able to pay with my credit card and the whole process literally was so easy. If needed, they even said that they could meet me where my appointment was and get it done while I went to my appointment (but my appointment was short so I wanted to be home). Talk about turning a crappy day around. So we found out a family member's sunroof had been vandalized, and, fun fact: their insurance they had been lying for over 25 years (looking at you, Liberty Mutual) didn't cover it. After some research I called Xpro Auto Glass and spoke with Rick. Super friendly, walked me through exactly how the process works and what to expect (major relief). They got us a quote as soon as the glass came in, called that same day, and scheduled the tech. Enter Raldy, the absolute MVP. It was pouring rain, yet Raldy came out, fixed the sunroof in what felt like no time, and left the car spotless (seriously, not a speck of glass left). 10/10. Professional, quick, friendly service with zero fuss. If you're dealing with auto glass drama, these are the folks you want. Pros: Reasonable price Able to come out the same day for repair See update Cons: The service person did not speak English, which created communication challenges The repair process damaged the existing window tint, leaving it "foggy" with numerous scratches on the inside A small circular indentation remained on the outside of the glass where the pebble hit, despite being told it would clear up UPDATED: Spoke with the team at Xpro. Happy to say they took ownership of any causes of issues I experienced. It's actually refreshing to have a company go out of their way to make things right, even on a small job like mine. I'll admit, some of my expectations may have been unrealistic, as any repair job isn't going to be the same condition as new. They walked me though it, explaing the process. I recently had my windshield replaced by Xpro Auto Glass, and I was extremely impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. Miguel and his team arrived on time and explained every step of the process clearly. What really stood out was how thorough they were , the installation was completed first, and they allowed the adhesive to fully cure for 24 hours before performing the ADAS calibration. This two-step approach shows how committed they are to doing things the right way, not just the fast way. The new windshield fits perfectly, looks factory-original, and the entire area was left spotless. Communication was excellent throughout, pricing was transparent, and the whole experience was stress-free. Had a terrifying experience with my hood latch failing while I was driving, my hood flipped up and shattered my windshield. Thank goodness I’m good at dealing with unexpected things happening because of my training W/horses. I remained calm throughout the whole ordeal and was very lucky because I was driving through devil slide. I slowly hit the brakes and didn’t panic. I was able to pull over and everybody around me was so helpful. When I finally got home, I called X pro auto glass, and they helped me replace my windshield. They gave me the best price possible. I was so happy with how fast they were able to accommodate me and get me back on the road! He was extremely professional, friendly, and went above and beyond by immediately coordinating with the dealer to source the parts since my car is a newer model. He also worked quickly to schedule the repair. A big shoutout as well to the mechanic, Lito — he was highly skilled, professional, and handled the repair with great care. My rear quarter window was smashed in and I called around to compare shop for a repair. I found that this company operates under many aliases so couldn’t really compare very much. They had the product in stock and the installer arrived within the projected window of time. They also bumped up my time and offered a flat rate price of $368. The installer made the repair quickly (under 20 mins). He also quickly cleaned the broken glass in my vehicle, but there were still quite a lot of small shards of glass in my back seat. I’m very happy with the service from Xpro Auto Glass! It was super easy to get in touch with them. I filled out a request on their website, and right after that I received a text message asking me to send a photo of the broken window. All communication was done through text, which was very convenient since I couldn’t always talk on the phone. Miguel is professional and fast with communication, however, the technician is very hard to work with. I parked my car on the side of a public street to get the window replaced. I gave him my car key as well. I want to stay close to my car during the repair process because I don't feel safe leaving my car there, and also I have no where to go. But the technician rudely tells me to leave, and said he will charge 25 bucks extra if I don't leave. The employees at Xpro Auto Glass were all great to work with! The gentleman that helped me make the appointment was cheerful and clear in explaining what they could do and the type of glass, warranty, etc. We talked through the options of repair vs replacement and they didn’t try to upsell me which I really appreciate. The technician arrived on time to our home and was able to do the work faster than I expected and was super polite. The office called to make sure we were happy.
