Perfection Auto Glass

If you have to have a windshield replaced (which is a bummer, especially on my car that's less than a year old), this is THE place to do the job! I was very impressed with Perfection Auto Glass from start to finish! I spoke with Sean and Laurie on the phone, and they were both nice, professional, and helpful. Laurie even offered to help me file the claim with my insurance company; and by help me, I mean she called them (conference call with me) and answered all their questions. Of course, there were a few questions I had to answer also, but really she made it so easy. When I dropped my car off this morning, Sean was expecting me. He said it would be done around noon, and it was. And most importantly, he did a great job! The whole experience was seamless and painless. Their company name is very apt -- they really are perfect!

They replaced my SUV’s front right window. (My window was smashed in this weekend.) Staff was super friendly and accommodating. I showed up at 2:15, went to get food and it was fixed in 45 min. They got rid of all the broken glass (they told me 98% of it). But I can’t hear anything rattle when I close the door. Just call ahead, as they need to order the window parts. I ordered them before 11 am, appointment by 2:15, out by 3. Staff answered any questions I had.

This was the third place I called. The lady asked for the car’s VIN. I immediately knew that I called the right place. The previous two places I called just quoted assuming they knew exactly what windshield my car needed. Shawn just left replacing the windshield. Absolutely nothing but the greatest experience all the way from my call to them and till the job was completed. And the price was lower than the previous quotes. Highly recommended.

Really awesome service! I was even late to my appointment by more than 30min and they still accommodated me. I had my windshield replaced and it was done in less than 30min. I've had the unfortunate need to utilize Perfection three times now. First for a windshield cracked by a rock driving down the highway and twice now because of some ding-dongs that felt the need to smash my car windows for no reason. Lori is very professional, friendly and offers great advice. Perfection does quality work at very good prices and most imprtant to me they are FAST!

Called about a windshield replacement, the lady on the phone was helpful and sweet. My car originally came with lots of epoxied trim and stuff that would raise the cost, I appreciate her and the owner explaining the process and giving me a more universal, reasonable option. Installation was cheaper than another shop I called. No leaks.

Live near a gravel pit so have had several windshields repaired. Perfection does a great job. Recently went in to have a chip repaired and they told me that it is too small to worry about cracking and to save my money.
