Auto Renu was able to deliver the best customer service that I ever had when it came to my vehicle. I went through my insurance to have my front glass windshield replaced on my Tesla and then the insurance recommended Safelite or some other company which was offering a remanufactured front glass windshield. When I spoke to auto renew, he highly recommended OEM Windshield from Tesla, which he had in stock. The other two companies when I ask them about it, they said that they had to order it and it took about a week. So Auto Renu was able to earn my business one because they had inventory available, two because their price was better then the other companies when it came to the OEM Windshield. He was able to take care of the process of installing the windshield right in my driveway, which made us super easy. Since the installation of my new windshield he did follow up with me to see how it’s going. Auto Renu has also taken care of two of my other vehicles I had chips in the front windshield from rocks to hit them. He was able to fill them in that way it didn’t spread across the windshield.

By far went way above and beyond any expectations I had. First, the price you’re not going to bet with someone who has the skills and knowledge to get the job done and done right. My windshield had been replaced prior and the company (well known, expensive and you see their commercials) GLUED the plastic weather stripping instead of installing it correctly. It ended up taking far longer to scrape the glue and crack off the left and right side of the plastic weather-stripping to get the windshield out. Then for no extra charge came back to my residence to install the new weather striping when it arrived from Honda. This was all done at no extra charge. If that doesn’t show the professionalism and type person you want fixing your windshield I don’t know what else will. I will tell anyone needing a windshield about my experience and you have my business for life!

Robert was the only repair person that actually answered his phone on a Sunday and was extremely helpful with our replacement. He set a time and showed up a little early, prepared and did a great job. He removed all the broken glass/parts, and was perfect. We are in a pretty remote area and his professional response and attitude was priceless. Also, very competitive pricing from what I can gather. I would highly use again and recommend. Same day service was amazing. Door glass was broken, and shards actually caused the door to be stuck closed by blocking the latch. Company was able to come out first thing in the Morning and assist in getting the door open and quickly installing a new glass. They cleaned all broken glass out of the vehicle, and even surrounding pieces on the ground all for a more reasonable and affordable cost compared to other companies.

After one excuse after another from a big name company I called Auto Renu auto glass spoke with Robert who was able to get my side window within minutes & was at my door an hour 1/2 later, 20 minutes later he was done!! Robert Was amazing, worked magic on my vehicle. Little crack and pockmark is completely unnoticeable.. Now my son can successfully take his drivers license test without DMV nagging him. Great price too, Glad I don’t need a replacement the windshield.
