Alan is the absolute greatest! I'm beyond grateful to have found him. I highly, highly recommend Auto Glass World for your all your glass repair needs. Early in the morning my car was struck by a rock while driving on the freeway. It immediately caused a large crack to form on my side of the front windshield. I was desperately calling any windshield replacement shop I could find. Every single place was charging $700-$1200 to replace my front windshield on my 2018 Toyota Corolla. They told me because of some "recalibration" they would need to do. Which after doing some research, it was unnecessary and they were overcharging. I know inflation is high right now, but it couldn't have been this ridiculously high. It's unjust to pass the cost to the consumer. Which surprised me because these places I called had the highest reviews on Yelp and Google. Thankfully, after relentlessly searching through Yelp and Google, I came across Auto Glass World. I was scrolling through the comments and found a similar situation to mine. Right away I called for a quote and Alan picked up and gave me a price right there and then. He gave me the real deal and actual price. SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER price and no sneaky stuff unlike the other guys I had called prior. Alan was even able to help me the very same day. As soon as I got there, Alan and his team immediately started working on my car. Quick, highly efficient, and high quality. Made me feel comfortable from the start. He walked me through the entire process with all transparency. The job was completed in less than an hour. I was very impressed! Alan is the most genuine and honest person I've come across. Even just as a person, he's a great person in general. He genuinely cares for his customers. Undoubtedly. I asked him about the "recalibration" thing as well, and he said it was unnecessary. The other companies like to overcharge in these times, but he wouldn't do that to people. He has the customer's interests at heart. He truly has a heart of gold. He's straight to the point, professional, extremely knowledgeable, highly efficient, and works fast. I left highly satisfied with my new replacement windshield. Felt safe, respectful team, honest about the process, high quality work! I am a woman in her twenties who doesn't know much about cars. I am new to the valley and a tree branch smashed in my windshield in. I wasn't interested in paying double for a larger auto glass company to fix it, and I love to find local spots that offer quality service at an affordable price. However, as a girl, I have to be aware of my surroundings. Walking into a garage by myself in a new city where I only have a Google-search-level understanding of windshields is high risk. The great reviews initially made me comfortable enough to call. From the start, Alan, the owner was on top of it. He was quick to answer his phone and answered all my questions. The numerous 5-star reviews are spot on. Don't expect a fancy garage, or a big sign when you pull up, but the owner, Alan, is responsive and on top of it. Make sure to park in front of the garage on the left. They work out of the lot, and keep their overhead low in order to keep costs for customers down. They have quality products that had the exact same specs as my old windshield. Finding a local expert who does top quality work without charging an arm and a leg and makes you feel safe is tough, which is why I'm so glad I found Alan and Auto Glass World and writing this review so he can grow his business and help more people. I had a wonderful experience using this place to change out the windshield on my dad truck a 2012 Toyota Tacoma. I first saw great reviews about this place on Yelp so I decided to reach out on there to see how much they'll charge. The owner of the place got back to me quickly and give me the price plus tax. I called him to confirm and also to make an appointment, his customer service skills or attitude is amazing because he's friendly. He explain the process and how long it would take to change which he said like 30 minutes. On the day of my appointment, we arrived 10 minutes early and checked in with him. His positive attitude and upbeat energy will stand out to you. It took like 30 minutes to change out the windshield and that's because he made sure that it was done right. Their first attempt the workers thought it was fine but he went to inspect the work and said they have to redo the glue again to get it to be perfect. I really appreciate that he took the time to inspect the work and made sure it was done right. If you're worried about them scratching your car hood then I'll recommend that you communicate to them to be careful so they don't put their tools on your car hood or painted surface. I will be sure to come back here again if I need another window replaced, the owner also told me that they support windshield with sensors too.

I had my Nissan rouge 2017 back window completely shattered Bz I hit the metal pole backing out . I Called one of well known place and they don’t have my window in stock and I had to wait for days their price was crazy high !! How annoying it can be !!! I called Alan and he simply find the exact one for my car in his shop and did it in 1 hour I m super lucky !! He and his employee completely vacuum all the residue of broken glass in my trunk and wipe throughly before installation The Entire work took an hour and it came out all beautiful n clean !! YELP was right and I m glad that I found this place .. Price is super affordable and lower than other places and excellent fast job !!! I m looking forward having more business with these guys .

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I came out of work late last night to find my windshield smashed in. So bad the hit damaged my car frame. I searched for auto repair shops in my area and began looking for my best option. Auto Glass World caught my attention because of all the positive reviews and the multiple mentions of Alan. I called them at about 7:30am and realized they weren’t open until 8am. Before I could call them back Alan had already reached out to me. He was straight forward and extremely helpful. So many other shops I contacted were overcharging me and Alan really did give me the best deal. I got to the shop and he and his staff were quick and effective. I would recommend his shop 100%. Was driving home Sunday a rock flew up hit my windshield crack started splitting up the window right away. I called around and got high prices from many from $400 to $550, I called Alan at auto glass world I right away felt comfortable just talking to him you could tell right off he was a good guy. He spoke to me with kindness and right away cared about my car getting repaired he gave me an outstanding price and the next day had my car fixed. He explained everything to be in the process and the after care to make sure I had no issues. I recommend this business to anyone. Great service and Alan is a really nice guy.

Very professional. They squeezed me in even though they were super booked. I called around many places and this was definetly the best place and honestly best service out there. Would recommend to anyone who needs help and can guarantee that they are the best around because I couldn't go to my appointment due to work but they welcomed my fiance who's currently pregnant and she had nothing but good things to say. The person is really good. The price is fair and he is fast at both responding to the calls and texts for quotes and scheduling and also the job itself. Came twice already. Also tried to refer my mother when my father decided to break the window (accidently of course..) recently, but that didn't work out unfortunately, because they were able to find another place for a bit cheaper price (seems to have a bit more competitive price due to their primary pocation being in DTLA area). It would still be my primary choice if something was to happen to my car.

My windshield had a huge crack in it and Alan gave me the BEST price! Not only that but the removal of my old windshield and installation of the new was so incredibly fast! Needed to replace a cracked windshield on my car, called Auto Glass World and spoke to "Alan." Right away he took care of me. He had the replacement window the next day. To my surprise, he sent his crew to my work and they replaced the windshield on the spot. Which by the way, were very polite and professional.
