Cheapest quote I got in Napa or Solano after calling 5 places. The shop is small and behind Napa Valley RV & Marin shop - not super easy to find, but worth it. Vic himself answered the phone and gave a quote while on the line, $227 plus tax for my Sonata's front windshield, same as OEM brand, "but no little H circle on the bottom corner" by the VIN. Great! I was late dropping it off but he still got it done by lunchtime (my request) and it looks great. This is cheaper than even an insurance deductible ($250 for my comprehensive) and no insurer to deal with! On an unrelated note, scouring pads that say they won't scratch glass surfaces ... they're lying! I'd tried to clean my windshield of some stuff that no cleaning solvents seemed to work on, then read about using a scouring pad labeled for not scratching glass, the label lied. * A coworker drove me to pickup my car (Vic offered a ride too but I didn't need it) and I told him to get a quote for his Mercedes - it was just $201! That's a second great price and they got it done in just a couple hours. Eddie (one of the glass technicians) also does detailing and did a GREAT job on the Mercedes while it was there - wash, Polish, wax and sealant on request. Even cleared the very yellow headlights for less than the local detailers charge.

I don't usually write reviews, but the service here was so amazing, I have to say something. I experienced my first vehicle break-in this weekend in San Francisco and went to Vic's to replace my shattered window. To summarize this phenomenal experience: 1. He gave me a fair estimate over the phone. 2. Replaced the window on the same day and within a couple of hours. 3. Offered me a ride after dropping off my truck. (I had one already.) 4. Called when my truck was fixed. 5. Charged me exactly what he quoted over the phone. 6. Cleaned all of the shattered glass out of my backseat. (This was totally unexpected and extremely appreciated!) 7. The quality of work was exceptional. Vic's Autoglass represents the epitome of customer service in an industry that can often have a reputation for less than fair business ethics. He under promised and over delivered on every level. I wish other company's would follow his lead in customer service practices, but until that happens, you'll just have to take my word for it that he operates the best business in town. I was replacing my wiper blades and made an error when the bare metal arm snapped onto my windshield and cracked it. Amateur move. I went in to see Vic and he determined there really wasn't much he could do as the crack was too large to repair. However, he said he'd drill tiny pits just beyond the cracks in hopes that move will stop further cracking. The value of this review isn't that Vic fixed my windshield, he fixed something more valuable. He fixed my faith in others. He got to work on my car with no ulterior motive other than to make me feel better and with hopes that his plan would do good. He didn't charge me a dime. So for all the good deeds of fine people out there, Vic is one of them. Thank you Vic. Should my windshield need replacement, hopefully not anytime soon, you will be my choice in spite of living in San Francisco. Avoid!! Needed windshield replacement and wanted to hire locally. Left a call message and never received a call back. Ok, it was the holidays. Reluctantly, I stopped by. As Vic started to look at my car, a guy in a Mercedes SUV pulled up and hopped out. Vic left me standing mid-sentence to attended to the Mercedes. I waited. I asked if I should return at a different time to let him know I'm running out of kindness. I waited some more. Then some more without ever again being acknowledged by Vic. Hopped in my car and left. Vic didn't even turn around. Never before have I experienced such rudeness!!! Not sure where the positive reviews are coming from, but then also they are for windshield chips not a replacement. There are plenty of other business who actually appreciate having customers and I ended up hiring King auto glass (mobile service) and you should probably too!

I got a chip in my windshield and let it go, and a month later it turned into a large crack in the windshield. Vic's Autoglass came highly recommended by another local contractor. I took my truck down to the shop and I was given a quote and an appointment to replace the windshield the next day. The service was great! My truck was dropped off at 9:00 am and finished by noon the same day. The service was fast, friendly and the windshield looked great! Vic is a really nice guy. Brought me limousine van into his shop yesterday for a chip repair on the windshield. Less than half the price I was quoted from SafeLite glass repair, and Vic did a great repair. You can only tell the crack was there if you knew it was there before the repair. Excellent quality work, and did it while I waited (about 30 minutes). Thanks again Vic, hopefully I don't see you again too soon! ;-)

I came across Vic’s Auto glass after I unfortunately got a chip on my windshield on my way home. I stoped by mid day, no apt, no call ahead of time. They were friendly , they moved cars around and took mine right in. They were quick (less than 30min). They did an awesome job. Way cheaper (under $100) than a full replacement. I will definitely recommend and be back if ever in need again!! Thank You!!

I had a huge piece of something hit my car on 29 early in the morning. It was dark and raining. I was shaken up pretty bad. A co-worker recommend this company. I called once it opened. They answered and were ready to help. Drop off was easy and pick up was even easier. In and out. My car was even vacuumed. Great service. Great price. Definitely recommend Vis' auto glass.

Just used this company today to fix a chipped winshield. He fit me in right away, and finished off a previous customer and went to work on my car.
