New City made it easy to replace my damaged Toyota RAV 4 windshield. They had the unusual windshield that has many advanced sensors in it ready to install within a few hours of my call, came to my house and installed it while I did other things. They were friendly and fun to talk to. They gave me the price up front so I knew what to expect come payment time.

This husband-and-wife business went out of their way to help me when I called them after finding their business on the internet. I can’t recommend them enough. Not only did they find the glass for my rear windshield quickly, but they also delivered to an inconvenient location. They honored the price despite issues with my vehicle, and Phillip even tackled a lot of extra work to get the job completed. This was so appreciated after a very stressful weekend. Phillip & his team were amazing. My back windshield was shattered & needed it fixed asap of course. When I reached out to New City they got back to me the same day and they DROVE OUT to me which was so convenient I didn’t want to drive around with a busted windshield and definitely didn’t want to tow it somewhere and when I realized my back wiper was backwards they came out again and fixed it no problem. Literally no problems and I believe their prices are very fair for what they offer compared to so so so many other places I’ve checked out. I was looking for specific mobile repair services and they just can’t be beat. Worth every penny!

We where victims of theft when someone busted out the back passenger window of our SUV while at the beach. It doesn't feel good when someone does this to your property, it leaves you feeling violated and having to fix the mess they leave behind. If you need help call them, don’t think twice about it. My window got stuck rolled down and i called 3 other shops to help me, either they didn’t have time for me, or they were going to charge way too much. I called new city auto glass and they were able to come to my house and help me. They got here very fast and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Great customer service! All the expectations that were set, he went over and beyond. Originally I had my windshield installed by another company but it wasn't sealed properly, air flowed right through and they never fixed it. I called New City Auto Glass, spoke to Phillip and he worked with my schedule, came to my office and removed and reset the windshield. No air gaps yay!! I also used them to repair chips on my other vehicles. I highly recommend them!!

New city auto glass is the best choice not only will you get a quick response and any information you need but the service will be quick and done with a smile I needed to replace my windshield fast and Philip was there to help me out you don’t need to hear it from me with all the amazing reviews he has but I am happy to do it. Great service Phillip was very professional and fast if I could give a 10 instead of a 5 I would i truly recommend him was very affordable price trust me what he is asking your not going to find any place that’s better then him came right to my house took about a hour and I was back on the road thanks.
