Javier was very nice but,They charged more than my quote,He broke molding and side panel of my windshield while replacing old windshield.He said he called dealer and it would cost me $400 and two weeks to get replacement,so he would put the broken one on for now.I called dealer part is $140 and takes two days to replace! I had a really good business with them. I was parking my car near San Francisco market. My rear side window got broken completely, which is no surprise for that area. I live in east bay which they can come to your place for a door to door service within one to two days, including ordering new glass. I requested a Friday morning 8am, and he came on time. He only spent 30 ish minutes to install the new glass, and vacuum all broken pieces which were all over the interior. Now my car is good as new. Plus, they are the cheapest offer I get after I called around 10 auto repair stores. If I want my window tint or anything in the future , I will definitely go back for business with them.

I took my car to Budget Glass today and was immediately greeted by Javier. He was bet polite and had great customer service. I had a problem with my rear window going up. Javier took my door apart and found that window regulator was missing two screws. He fixed my window and I was on my way. I apreciate his honesty because he could have charged me more and forced me to order a part I didn't need and I would ha been none the wiser. I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of glass repairs or door repairs.

Javier scammed me on replacing my windshield. I had him tint my windshield and replace it because there was a ln unlevel part in the windshield (driver side) and once replacing i also replaced my wipers in case that could also be the problem but no the "new" windshield still had the same issue

Just got my windshield repaired here an I have to say I had an absolutely wonderful experience the Customer service is immaculate the owner super nice and very personable. The wife/receptionist was super sweet a courteous. Definitely would recommend to all my friends it was done quickly for a fair price a now I don’t have to worry about my windshield cracking all the way an having to replace it for twice as much .

I called and left a voicemail with a question that I had 3 days ago. That was on a Friday, today is Monday so I'm waiting to see if I get a call back responding to my voicemail. So I am editing my review, I never received a call back, so thanks for the absent response

Our car got broken into while we were in Vegas traveling and we were in a tough spot without a window. They were able to get us in quickly, the replacement itself was quick, and the price was cheaper than expected. Fransisco was great and our window looks perfect.

I just wanna say that Javier did a great job installing my quarter panels and my door windows on both sides. He also put in the weatherstrips and the roof rail rubber so that water doesn’t get in. I highly recommend them if you want to install any GM windows.
