Best Buy Auto Glass

Three stars because my window eventually got fixed properly. I was not impressed with the customer service of this establishment. After I had been quoted a price and the window was installed, the window had deformities. when I pointed it out to the servicemen, he said that sometimes they get windows like that from the manufacturer. He told me it wasn't their fault, which I understand. I asked him to replace it and he did so...with another window that had deformities. I was told I would have to pay an additional amount to get a different brand of window with the hope that it would not have defects. After a few weeks of ordering multiple windows, eventually a window came that did not have deformities. I do not plan to ever return to this establishment, neither would I recommended it.

Replaced my windshield in an hour and a half the next day after calling in for a quote. Everywhere else was charging 280 + tax, they did it for 210 including tax. The place was very clean and professional, they even vacuumed my car out and wiped off my dashboard and console. Would definitely recommend these people :).

The guy who answered the phone was very friendly, very welcoming, and honest. I appreciate the time he took to see if he could find me something cheap. i appreciate the customer service it was excellent. I wish I would've got a name to give credit but hopefully you know who u are. Thank you

Very slow and he also wanted to charge me more money to install the right door glass correctly. Very rude and did his job poorly. Not recommended to anyone. They charged me too much money compared to other places. HE IS A SCAMMER. Very bad service. Very badly

Fast friendly service. They had my windshield replaced in an hour just as they said they would. It was already around 3 pm and thankfully they were able to get it done. I'd definitely recommend these guys to others.

It was the best price i found but they need to improve on preventing from damaging the dashboard of the cars my car had a couple of scratches after the installation but i seen them once i got home 😔 …

Not a true operation, owner doesnt know how to write needs downs and seems slow, maybe good for low income starving people but not for professional fleet service
