had a broken window in the fixed part of an 1980’s era aluminum window frame. I reached out to Fast Glass and they asked for some pictures of the broken glass. They were easy to communicate with via text and quickly let me know they would be able to the replace the broken glass pane. They were readily available and we setup a time to fix it the next day. They arrived at the time they said they would. James was the technician who worked on the window and he was great. He was quick with the repair and even helped to fix a sliding part of this window and another window frame where the frame had separated from the glass. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to other vendors I spoke with. In terms of pricing, I found their services to be affordable. While I can't recall the exact cost, I believe it was around $200 or $250. Considering the high-quality work and consistent results they provide, I believe the price was well worth it. I would 10/10 recommend using them! It was a rough morning finding my car broken into with a shattered window. Long Beach Auto Glass Repairs was very responsive and helpful on the phone. They came the same day and quickly. They were very communicative and had someone call me a second time to let me know when they were on the way. I highly recommend Pioneer Auto Glass Replacement!! If I can give them 10 stars here, I would love to do so. My car was broken into a day before, and it was very frustrating. A police was kind of sick and tired of dealing with this kind of stuff, and my insurance company did not even take care of this ( just postponed responding) I couldn't do anything. While I was searching on Google someone can help this situation, Pioneer was the only one providing me all the information very clearly (I called to 5 other places- their prices were way higher and customer service was not satisfying). I could even get a same day service and Pioneer came to my place only 2 hours after my first call. Price was very reasonable and affordable, their process was super fast (first call to set same day appmnt took 5 mins), finishing the job professionally and clean, and the best service+manner. Thank you all to the receptionist Nicole, Victor, and Haydi(sorry if this is not right)!

This whole process was made easier with the hard working people from this shop location. I appreciate each of them and was so grateful and happy with the service I received. I started off working with Erica at the desk. She went out of her way to explain everything to me and made feel better about the whole process. Dakota was my technician who put in a beautiful temporary windshield. The one we needed was special ordered so Dakota fitted this temporary one on until it came in. Then he talked with his manager privately. Next thing I know, Dan, the manager, set us up with a mobile installation free of charge. And Abraham just left right now after doing the installation of the correct windshield. He was fast and very kind to talk with. I found a lot of value from going here. And if I need this service again I will ONLY come to this shop. Thanks, Jed (& Rich).
