10 stars! Absolute best customer service! Other contractors could learn from RC Auto Glass! Calling in and speaking with Dani was easy, pleasant and she made sure I was able to get my insurance on board and how to do so. I called on a Friday afternoon and had my windshield on my Ford Expedition done Monday morning. The guys worked so hard and did such a great job installing. So pleasant and professional, on time, and called when they arrived to let me know they were out front. So simple! As it turned out, driving the car in bright sunlight uncovered two tiny inch long scratches. Not deep, not easy to see except when the bright sunlight hit them directly. I felt so silly calling back in to mention it except they were on the drivers side. I found them distracting and my newbie drivers (twins with permits) thought I was nuts. They didn't see anything until they drove to baseball practice and mentioned the glare from the tiny little scratch too.. I called back and was setting up a time to come back out and look. I figured there was a spray (or baking soda solution etc) that could take light scratches out. They were so accommodating. I felt silly asking so said I could drive over as we live nearby. When I did, they tried spray, but it didn't go away. They ordered a new window and came out again to my home promptly to repair. No complaints, no excuses, just good ole customer service and friendly as can be. I'm embarrased to say I don't have the name of the gentleman that was so informative and helpful. He explained the different glues for different cars, treatments etc. Just a wealth of information I would trust any car to them. Don't trust your cars/trucks to just any chain windshield company. I would recommend RC Auto Glass in Livermore for any vehicle, even my Audi or other cars. Request your insurance to use them. It took a 5 min phone call to get State Farm to cover my windshield with $0 copay even though their website sent me to a different company. So worth it. I so appreciate the extra effort, care and education here!

Brought in my 2019 M5 Comp. Danielle has been very helpful throughout the process of getting the moulding, OEM rain sensor, a new OEM windshield & it’s calibration done, as well as the back n forth with my insurance. They are not greedy but rather she was able to bring my price down as low as possible, less than half of what bmw would have charged me if I went to them. In fact I only had to pay my insurance deductible for this job, without my monthly payments increasing. I was able to save a lot of $$$ because of her. Rafael on the other hand did not rush the job, nor did I have to leave my car overnight. Personally I’m too attached to my car for that. He also went the extra mile to vacuum my car after he finished up. They truly stand on doing good & seamless business. Bring your foreign here. You’ll leave happy & your pockets will leave just as fat as they came in.

Highly recommend - I have the new 2023 Prius and it was very difficult to find a place that would be able to get me the right part to fix. Other places said they could fix it without checking for the actual parts and only a few others, one of which was Dani, actually took the time to make sure it was the correct car/model before telling me they could do it/when/give a quote. Dani went above and beyond and contacted the dealer and got me an authentic Toyota glass. The technician fixed it within 30 mins and was very professional. They were very flexible with scheduling and even vacuumed the broken glass and the floor mats for me. (Thank you!) The quote they gave me matched the day of service charge. They had reasonable pricing and excellent service!

I recently had a windshield replaced on my Mercury Sable (Ford Taurus). Nothing but great things to say, Danny was awesome and made sure that everything was taken care of. They even replace the weather stripping that goes around the windshield at no additional cost. I did go through my AAA insurance. I would recommend for anyone that needs a new windshield. Only took an hour to have it replaced with an appointment. Great company. My windshield got hit by a piece of tire laying on the 580 freeway on Saturday. I called RC Auto Glass after that and on Monday mobile service arrived at my house and windshield was replaced on my driveway in 1.5hrs. Amazing client service (Danielle) and technician (Rafael). All broken glass was vacuumed (there was milion pieces inside my car) and the interior looks like new.

This company is family owned and operated. Nice to see a good local run business. I really appreciate the honesty and not wasting my time or money on a couple other repair rock chips that I wanted to get done. We’ll definitely use them in the future
