Hey, the guys at S&M came through for me. That have impeccable timing, great work ethic, great attitude and the best price! My wife called them to surprise me with a new windshield for father's day. These guys shockingly had one for my 04 f250 on deck, they came 20 mins after the call was made, they had great attitudes, it took them less than 1 hour to do the job (in the 107* weather). After the install we paid a very fair price. This past weekend someone came to my neighborhood and shot out all the windows on our cars parked outside using a BB gun. S&M auto glass was referred to us by a couple friends and I must say they did not disappoint. This is the first for us having to replace our car windows so wasn’t sure what to expect but they were so professional, and quick. They had to order our windows but it only took a day and they came to our house to replace 3 windows. I hope I don’t have to replace anymore windows anytime soon but I definitely know who I will call. My original issue was to have a chip fixed. I had called a couple of places and even visited one. I was looking for a good price but Quality work. Unfortunately during my repair by S&M Auto Glass my chip turned into a crack. With Chips/Cracks it can go 50/50, and I understood the risk. Junior went out of his way to help fix the issue and was very professional. He then did whatever it took to keep my business because now I needed a new Windshield. . He was transparent, nice, informative, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. He also listens to what your concerns are. I would recommend him to others.

They came to my house to repair both my front windows. I had bought all different parts because I assumed my window regulators were broken along with my window motors. The guys told me I only had one window motor broken, gave me back my parts, and told me what I needed for the other side. Extremely adorable, convenient, honest, fast, and hardworking guys I’ll never go to another window repair mechanic again and you guys should reach out to them as well. I needed my Dodge Grand Caravan driver window regulator fixed. I called around to so many places I was given the run around, high quotes, and at least a week out. I called J.R. from S&M auto glass and he was very pleasant knowledgeable, and came out the same day. They took about 35-40 min to complete they did a outstanding job very clean ty so much.

I highly recommend this place! Something got stuck inside where my driver's side window goes down, and they were able to fix the problem, remove the object, and get my window sounding normal again! They went above and beyond, and I’m super thankful. I will be returning if I ever need work on my windows. Their pricing is also just right!
