Had my windshield replaced today, for less than half the cost I was quoted by another place in town. It was done quickly, neatly and competently. It’s a pleasure to watch people work when they’re good at their jobs. Everyone was friendly, and they didn’t even charge extra to let me watch. Just don’t go in expecting it to look like AV Ford or even Pep Boys. Their sign says they’ve been open since ‘89, and there’s stuff sitting around the shop that was probably there on opening day. Be sure you get to see the office, the walls and ceiling are covered in posters, pictures and mementos, and the door is studded with car logos. As another review suggests, bringing a folding chair would be a smart move if you’re going to wait (I didn’t, but they found me something to sit on.) You’ll need to drop off a cash deposit to get your windshield ordered, and more cash for the balance. The business next door is an auto salvage place that was carrying cars around on a forklift So, in addition to a great price, my visit to Chuy’s was a real experience. Check it out!!

I had a 2015 black Corolla with a smashed rear passenger side window. It took one day to order the part and 42 minutes to install it. The guy did an amazing job. I am very happy with the experience. The guy who took care of me was professional and no nonsense to the point. The people there are quick and motivated, you can see them always fast walking around the place. The other places quoted me for $350 wich was the dealership and auto light. Chuy's price for me was 150 with no quote cost. Needless to say I am extremely happy with the service and how quick they got it done and the way it looks. I called windshield replacement places from Lancaster to Valencia and all of the prices were about the same but I found Chuy’s Auto Glass and their prices were $50 cheaper than everyone else I called. I got there and they assisted me and started working on my car almost immediately and they told me it would take about 1 hour and ended up taking about 30 minutes. Every person working was so friendly and helpful and they did my car and someone else’s car at the same time. I am very pleased with the quality of service and work and my windshield looks so nice! I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Something to note: they only accept cash!!!

Chuy himself is very understanding and works with you and your price range. He And his workers are very polite and understanding I had asked to be able to watch since I like to do my work on my car myself so it was somewhat educational as well. overall it's a great experience with his workers were polite. He had the windshield I needed so not only was it cheap but fast as well and they were friendly to my service dog. It Was a hot day so they not only gave me water but they brought a little bowl out for my dog. I could wish for a better ending to my ex breaking my windshield. I recommend chuys 100% best windshield repair in the av hands down.

I live up on Edwards AFB and needed the front and back windows installed in my '71 Ford. I couldn't drive it off the base and was looking for someone who would come out to the base and do the job for me. After a few calls to other businesses who wouldn't make the drive or wouldn't install the windows because I purchased them from another company, I contacted Chuy. He said it wouldn't be a problem and he could do the job. A few days later he and two employees came out and spent about 30 minutes installing both windows. He and his employees were fast and professional and the price was comparable to the other companies who wouldn't do the job.

I was ready to pay what I estimated would be at least $150 for what I was 100% sure was a broken rearview mirror mounting bracket (whole mirror would need replacement) per my regular mechanic. I took it to Chuy's to see if he could find me a better dea on an used part (about a $100 estimate, I thought). Chuy went into my car, snapped the mirror into place and told me the other mechanic had simply not pushed it in hard enough. Problem solved at $0 charge! Needed a glass repair for my 02’ Honda Civic Si and many people pointed me in the direction of Chuy’s auto glass i’m sure glad I listened to them I needed the glass from the same vehicle I have and their pretty rare but thanks to Chuy’s help he told me about a few places to look and he was right so got the window from the junkyard he recommended and brought back to him and his team and BOOM like brand new thanks Chuy, oh and the service and their attention to detail is really amazing will take my car back to him if I ever have to again and THE PRICES YOU CANT BEAT BEST IN AV!!!!!

Chuy is great. Being honest he is a No nonsense type of guy, upfront. I called about my Honda Odyssey front windshield. He squeezed me in an appointment to get it done the same day. Price was good, would be about the same if you drove down the hill including the price of gas. Plus he's a local that's been here for years. As long as you can understand he's busy, and he's trying to take care of everyone. And not be but hurt by his sometimes direct approach. You will love this place. Trust me you will come back for anything you need in the future.

Fantastic experience all the way around! Chuy got me in within a couple hours of me calling in the morning and had my car ready by mid day for an excellent price. He has great customer service, is very honest and did a great job not only replacing my windshield, but also re-installing my rearview mirror. I had been there before a handful of years ago and had a great experience, and had another great experience today as expected. Definitely will be referring all of my friend and family to Chuy’s for all auto-glass needs!

I had my back windshield replaced this year in May and for the past couple of months I been hearing some shatter coming from my back window and just a few days ago my window started to crack and now it's completely shattered I called chuy to ask if there was warranty and they said no I asked if they can give me a good price since it would be my 2nd time in less that year chuy told me it would cost 480 which the last time I was charged 300 he was very rude and and hung up on me NEVER GO THERE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE
