Needed the windshield replaced on my 2017 Tacoma. This time I decided to go with “Cooper’s Windshield Repair” because the other auto glass shop in town “International Auto Glass & Window” damaged the paint on my other car the last time I used them. The paint damage was so bad last time, they had to pay Toyota to repaint it and have the windshield reinstalled. After going to the address for Cooper’s, I soon found out that there isn’t an actual location for this shop… just a carwash. I called the number on yelp and was told that the shop is on Anaheim street and was texted the address. While driving there, I kept thinking to myself, “I hope this isn’t the same place that damaged my other car close to 3 years ago.” Sadly, it was! When I got to the shop “International Auto Glass & Window” I was very hesitant to have them work on my car again. I should have trusted my gut instinct and found another shop. But given the last time they damaged my other car being close to 3 years ago, I figured they probably improved and learned from their mistake. This is where I was wrong! They did the windshield replacement and after installation, I decided to check for paint chip damage. Sadly, they did it again! Paint was chipped and I immediately told the manager. The worst thing that happened today was a dishonest manager trying to tell me my car was “ALREADY LIKE THAT!” Really? I then proceeded to show him paint chips literally still present. They didn’t even attempt to clean it off. He then said the windshield needed to be shifted to the passenger side, so it would cover the chipped paint. I told him that I don’t want the chip to be covered, I want it fixed. He proceeded to say it would take a while because they have to get the touch up paint from Toyota… magically, one of four guys who worked on my car, had white paint. I almost could assume it wasn’t original factory paint. I am so disappointed right now. Everything about this experience was bad. From being misled to thinking Cooper’s was gonna do the replacement, to 4 different workers touching my car with no one taking ownership. I’m very upset. They have a waiting area for customers for safety reasons where I couldn’t watch them do the work up close, but there you also have one of the workers kid no older than 7 walking around the shop and customers cars. Probably an osha violation? Last time I left a bad yelp review for this place, I decided to remove it after they fixed their mistake. This time I’m leaving it for people to see. Do not use International Auto & Glass or Coopers Windshield for your window needs. Im hoping someone reaches out to me to make things right! We’ll see guess.

After a poor and underwhelming visit to another major company that "specializes" in windshield replacements, I came across Cooper's business. Unlike the other business, Cooper walked me through his business practices, the level of work he guarantees from him and his staff, and his down to earth personality (definitely does not treat you like another number but an actual person). The hospitality and thoroughness gave me the confidence to give his business a try and I am very satisfied with my overall experience. The total cost of my repairs was nearly half of what the other business was charging me which makes me question why they quoted me so much initially. I was told that my windshield would take 1 and a half to 2 hours but they actually got it down in under an hour so I wasn't having to spend half my day at the shop. If you are on the fence about going with this local business, hopefully this review can convince you if the already 4.9 rating doesn't.

I was unlucky to have an “eaten pine cone” fall directly on my windshield leaving a circular crack, but, still felt lucky to find Cooper’s. I called about 30 minutes before closing, but they were able to fix the crack the same day. Although they were closing soon, they were willing to help me out with open hands, even after hours. They were both very knowledgeable and were able to fix the crack very quickly. They explained that they use higher grade resin and was thoroughly explaining the process as I was interested. Very friendly and definitely recommend Cooper’s. I left feeling happy that I was able to find them on such short notice. Also, I’d like to note that they have a guarantee that the spot that they worked on won’t crack further or your money back. You can’t beat that!!!

Had just chipped my windshield this morning on my way home from Laughlin. Got home about 1:30pm was looking on Google for someone to fix my chip before it got worse. Gave them a call and they had an appointment available at 3pm. Met up with Cooper, he was friendly and also very professional. He explained what he would be doing to fix the chip, and was more than willing to explain each step as he was fixing it. After it was done I was amazed that you could barely see where the chip was. The smallest of a mark, you would think it was a speck of dirt. Cooper was willing to explain some after repair care on the windshield as well. They also provide a warranty on the work. The cost was reasonable and would highly recommend him if you have chip.

I noticed a chip in my windshield after having my car detailed the day before and needed to get it repaired right away. Cooper's windshield repair is the BEST place to for auto glass repair. I scheduled an appointment with Cooper for the following day. I came and saw Eddie, Cooper's brother patiently waiting in the parking lot ready to get the job done with all the tools. He was very polite and professional. He checked out the windshield and told me he would definitely get the job done with ease. I waited for less than 30 minutes and then I was on my way. These guys are incredible at what they do and I would recommend them for any of your auto glass repair. Hard to put into words how great and convenient Cooper’s repair was for my wife and I ! I took a different route to work one day and before I could move out of the way , a huge rock cracked our windshield hard ! A little research showed us that Cooper was the professional we should go with. We reached out for a quote , he responded same day and we were able to get out windshield repaired the next day! You can see from the pictures that you can hardly notice anything even hit our car. Thanks so much Cooper for being so reliable, fairly priced and helpful! Well it is about time someone in a service industry has great customer service skills!!! Phil is terrific. Very friendly, timely and a sense of humor. Very responsive with questions and return phone calls. The windshield shop also was on their game. Mario came out to service my truck and was super friendly, introduced himself and went right to work. He even pointed out some minor damage and some missing parts in the area that he was working in before the install. I am sure to cover himself but, a very good practice. Excellent customer service skills all the way around!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
