We woke up one Friday morning to discover our minivan’s rear windshield had been completely shattered, presumable with a punch tool. We filed a police report and got a quote from Safelite. Then I found another small windshield repair company in our area that could come out two days later for ~$100 less. Then I found Lake Forest Auto Glass & Windshield on Google and gave them a call, and they could come out for $100 less than the other small company and do it the next morning. They gave an hour window in which they would come to our address and were prompt in arriving. The whole replacement process took less than an hour and was quick and easy. I went to the garage in the morning after a 100 plus degree day and found my right rear window had shattered. I’ve never seen anything like this before. Lake Forest Glass & Windshield appeared to be the closest car window shop to my home. I called to make an appointment and was told they were mobile and would come to me. They took the info on my vehicle and arrived at my home the next day on the agreed upon time. They had everything with them including power and replaced the shattered window, cleaned up, took my payment by credit card and were on their way. Window was a power window and now is perfect. Great experience and a pleasant man.

My driver side window motor broke and the window would not work, or stay up. With rain in the forecast, I called and spoke to Leo and he came out the same day and was able to quickly replace the broken piece and get my window back in working condition again. With 3 kids and a busy sports schedule I appreciate how quickly he was able to come out and get my car safe again. Leo at Lake Forest Auto Glass will always be my glass repair guy. He was prompt at setting an appointment ,courteous and did an excellent job. I had cracks repaired in the past by the big auto glass company and the repairs always continued to grow so I had to replace the windshield. Don’t trust this place. I got scammed. Here is what happened to me: They will tell you a price in the call. You can confirm with them. But then after they come and in the middle of the process, they tell you a much higher price. This IS what actually happened to me. Don’t go to this place. Go somewhere that is reliable, honest and in good faith.
