Auto Glass Now

I typically don't leave a lot of reviews. Either I have to have really good service or really bad service to compel me to make a statement. And while I have left a handful of companies some very excellent reviews for what I believe is above and beyond service, the Safelite AutoGlass location in Irvine unfortunately has compelled me to leave a review for quite the opposite. The short end suite of it is, I've been trying to get my glass fixed for over a month now. Safelite had canceled two of my appointments without notifying me previously and when I finally called into the service center to get things straightened out they finally said they needed to order my part which took another week and a half and by the time I brought it in for my third appointment scheduled, they didn't even have the right glass and wanted to schedule me a fourth appointment another week out and charge me an extra $80 for the total they quoted me. The lady that I have talked to multiple times at the front desk there is unapologetic and completely rude for someone who works in customer service. I told her that I have decided not to go with them and she didn't seem like she cared in the least. This will prevent me from considering using Safelite ever again moving forward.

What an amazing experience with this company, it's refreshing to actually get quality work and customer service these days to the level Auto Glass Now and installer Juan provided us. We canceled an appointment with Safelite to replace our windshield when they showed up with flimsy, inferior glass for our Hummer H3 and went hunting for a better option. We were referred to Auto Glass Now by the owner of a local body shop we've done business with, and it was exactly what we needed. Not only did they take the time to explain the differences in glass options and go through OEM versus aftermarket, they took 5 extra steps during the install to fix some other issues on the molding of the old H3 and replaced our wiper blades and worked with our insurance company to get us all squared away. Terrific experience, would give them 6 stars if we could.

This was such a pleasant experience....you know, considering I had a busted windshield! Everyone at Auto Glass Now/All Star Glass could not have been nicer or easier to deal with. The insurance claim, scheduling, etc. was all easy as could be. They were on time for my appointment (early even) and my my technician Juan stepped me through the entire process, handled everything, and got everything done in a timely and incredibly professional manner. If I have another busted windshield, I won't even bother calling around....I'm going here.

Great service and worksmanship here! Juan took care everything as soon as I came through the door. He was honest and explained every little detail of the process. He allowed me to check the work before I left and let them know if anything was off or wrong. All safety systems and HUD still works and no warning lights on the dash after install. My experience here at the Irvine location was phenomenal from start to finish. I came here as another location dropped the ball on my glass repair (windshield) but soon forgotten once I came to this store. 5++ Stars start to finish Forgot to mention Juan the technician was such a breath of fresh air. Fully explaining everything and he’s very dedicated to his craft with 25+ years experience. Great person.

When we needed a window replacement, our State Farm rep recommended just one company — and I’m so glad they did! They did an amazing job on our 2021 Subaru Ascent. These cars aren’t the easiest to work on because of the EyeSight safety camera system built into the windshield, but the Auto Glass rep assured me they’ve worked on plenty of Subarus. They were right — the work was flawless. Highly recommend!

Customer service and professionalism was beyond my expectations. Both the phone representative and the installer were courteous, friendly and very polite. Their turnaround time and response was faster than I could have imagine. Thank you so much for having such an excellent team on your staff! I highly recommend them and will only call them, Should I need any glass window or windshield replaced.

Extremely organized and efficient! All the work that was done was done before the estimated time frame and so far the quality seems to be good! I’ve had to revise this review. After further review of my vehicle I found that the washer fluid pump no longer works, and a bracket for my hood valves was broken off. The glass installation was fine, all the residual damage is upsetting.

Making the appointment was easy and quick, I brought my vehicle to their shop and they started on it right on time. They replaced the window and got me out of there in under an hour. The new windshield looks great, same as the original. It’s only been about a week and it hasn’t rained so I can’t say anything about long-term waterproofing, but the service was great.

Prompt efficient service and did a great job replacing my Tesla windshield in about one hour for much less than Tesla service. Tesla service department wanted to leave the car for a day or two. Auto Glass Now gave me quick appointment and I was in and out about one hour. I am happy with the windshield they put and their service. 100 percent recommend them.
