Allen Auto Glass & Tint

Very quick.. Very honest. Our car is leased and we are returning it to Toyota but there is a small chip in the window. We were not sure if we fixed it if Toyota would still charge us for a full windshield or not. Marco held off while we made some calls. He was very patient with us. In the long run, we decided to go ahead and fix it, still not knowing the best course of action. Marco did not push us into fixing the glass and allowed us to decide how to proceed without pressure.

Today, I took my brand-new vehicle to get tinted. This is the third time in four years that we have returned to the same shop for this service, despite the fact that we live 40 minutes away. It is comforting to have established a trusted relationship with this service provider, knowing that they will consistently deliver high-quality results. As evidence, the tints on our previous vehicles, which were applied four years ago, remain in great condition. Great service, clean waiting area for customers! Thank you! Can’t wait to go back!

Very. Very disappointed. Originally asked for a repair of a windshield chip. After returning home I discovered the repair didn't cover all the damage. Half was unfinished. I returned to the repair shop and explained the repair was incomplete. Returned to the windshield repair shop, explained what had happened and the tech put my jeep in the shop complete the repair. 15 minutes later the tech returned with my jeep and returned my key then returned to inside the shop. I examined the damage only to find no additional repair was done. I asked him why and he replied an additional repair wasn't possible and left me standing with my mouth open. Though shit for me.

Very professional business, I’m extremely picky with where I go and what I get done on my vehicles. That said, this place is amazing they did a great job replacing my cracked windshield and it was so quick. They were very friendly and helpful in getting me an original OEM windshield that I wanted and made the overall process simple as can be. They also updated me every step of the way! I’d definitely return if needed and will be recommending my friends here. They also offer tint and wrapping! Thank you guys for your service, you gained a life long customer.

I was able to get a quote and appointment for the next day. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted and signed in. The waiting area had all the amenities (coffee, water, seating, AC, and even coloring books for my kiddos). I expected to be there at least an hour but was done within 30 minutes! They are the BEST PLACE to get your windows repaired, replaced or Tinted in the whole inland empire. They also do Super Wrap work. I suggest you try them out or go by there shop and see what they can do. They've done Super work on all my many car's and trucks that I've brought them. My WINDSHIELD LOOKS SO AMAZING!!!! I’m So happy!!! My neighbors kid busted my windshield, and Allens replaced it and added a visor strip! It looks so clean and beautiful. I got in my car smiled, laughed, and cried. So much happiness. I will bring my next car here also!! And I’m telling all my friends!!! Thanks Allens!!! Plus the waiting room was so nice and I got to pet the kitty LOL

I highly recommend Dungeon Graphics , I absolutely love what Chris designed. I am so in love with my name badge on my hood . Chris nailed the design with my dog on the side and the blue dog paw for my jeep touching mine was just amazing . I will definitely be going back to get my other graphics done to match .
