I bought a new car three months ago and with our recent rains in so-cal the freeways are full of loose rocks. I was awarded with one of them right in the middle of my windshield. Excellent service, very personable, quite economical. Repaired rock ding “star” in front windshield in less than an hour. Even though I know where it used to be, it is impossible to detect after the repair. I am very satisfied with the repair and would highly recommend for anyone needing a similar window repair.

Had a great experience with fixing a small crack that was on my windshield. Called and was provided directions to the location. It is a tire store, transmission, and windshield chips are done in the last bay. Crack was immediately addressed and cost was really reasonable for the fix.

We got a small chip from a rock while driving on the highway passing by Santa Barbara. Our insurance covers this completely and I sent our repair to this shop because of their 5 star review. They did fix the chip but a couple of reasons for the 2 star review. 1. When we arrived we couldn’t even find a sign for this shop. It’s at a small corner of another shop. Obviously this is a single person operation. We should’ve left at that point as our car was fairly new and had full insurance coverage for the repair. 2. After the repair a visible dot and a small trace of a crack was left in place. I have seen this before and know that sometimes is not possible to leave no trace but usually what remains is much smaller than what he did. I suspect he did a shotty job but can’t be sure. I figure people should know about this place and I wonder how it got all the 5 star reviews.
