A rock hit my 2019 Subaru Forester and the crack started spreading quickly. I called Best Price while I was in town and they were able to get me a replacement windshield and appointment the next day. The next morning I called to check what glass brand I would get and they were even able to shift and order me an OEM part the day of. Not only that, once the OEM part was ordered, they received my insurance info and let me know that the OEM wasn't covered and were gracious to adjust back to the after market glass for me. They also did a successful recalibration with the Subaru Eyesight system. Do not take your vehicle to this place Extremely unorganized I went out there on my own time with my vehicle to make sure that the windshield they ordered was correct. I went to my appointment at 8 AM in the morning expecting to have my windshield installed. They ordered the wrong one. The owner then takes the Vin number to look up the correct one and found one in the back. I told him how come you didn’t do this the first time you have wasted my time I spent over 45 minutes there. I left after getting an argument with the owner. I will not give my business to someone that doesn’t understand customer service and experience. All they do is turn and burn.

Highly recommended to give a call for quote before going to any other service shop for new windshield installation. I got an online quote from Safelite which was very reasonable but no availability for the next 7 days due to the new year holiday time. I called the Best Price Auto Glass and their quote was much cheaper than Safelite. Even better they booked me in for the afternoon on the same day. It took them for 30min and their job looked very professional. Well, they do have the best price and they do perform the repair quickly. However, the quality is a bit lacking. I've had two windshields replaced by them on two different cars. Both times, the replacement windshields fog up EASILY. I'm talking, hop in the car on a misty day, take 3 breaths, and the windshield is fogged up. Neither of the original windshields fogged up anywhere near this easily. Also, their workmanship is not great. The second windshield they replaced, they broke lots of plastic & rubber trim surrounding the windshield and left most of it loose for me to discover & fix myself.

My car leaked during the most recent storm and my passenger floorboard was literally a puddle. I took the car in and spoke to Akram who before even looking at my car asked me if i had a sunroof, which i do. He then grabbed a bottle of water and showed me that the drain from the sunroof was clogged and was causing the water to overflow into the channel that leads into the car. He fixed my car in 2 hours and was very reasonably priced. Very pleased with the service provided and would confidently recommend this service to anyone if the need arises.

Very upsetting experience. I was told information that was incorrect. When I arrived, because of the incorrect information, they couldn't help me. Then they were very rude and unaccommodating about it, which was really upsetting. Very bad customer service. I don't recommend anyone wasting their time here. They may be cheap, but it's for a good reason. I would recommend quality over price when fixing your car, and here you will not get quality.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and competitive windshield replacement cost at Best Price. They have great, happy attitudes and did a great job with my replacement windshield. My previous replacement windshield shop actually covered the VIN plate (seen through windshield) with glue and they took the time to help me solve the problem. Its the best best place to get new class. I try get quote other places, my insurance geico wants me to pay $500 where in here i pay $200 . And told me if i get it here my car value will go lower. I buy insurance so they helped me in times we need it but i think we are really mislead so any call to check where they have your glass available then they call you if they do have . Fast easy less than 1 hr.

Best Price Auto is a little hard to find but worth it! Manager was very kind. Quoted price on the phone is what they charged. Best price in town. BPA was very fast and professional. This is a metal shed, down a dirt road and lawn chairs to sit on while you wait... which won't be long. I can not better recommend Best Price Auto! I chose BPA because of all the excellent reviews and you should too.
