I was deeply disappointed with the quality of the installation. The windshield was improperly installed and not fitted correctly. The calibration was also not performed correctly. I am currently waiting for a manager's call within the next 24 hours. I regret not taking my vehicle to the dealership directly. I should have chosen to take my car to the dealership instead. I am very disappointed with the experience.

Great great experience! Phone call to check them out went well and smooth. Good enough for me to book a job to have my cracked windshield replaced. But I usually have a tough work schedule and often see quite a bit of patients during the days leading up to the holidays. No problem. They offered me a mobile service where they arrived at my clinic front door parking lot and did the exchange/repair and calibration of the collision detection and lane positioning all within 90 minutes. Whatever a lifesaver! The installer (Chris) was super professional! I appreciate you guys very very much!

Overall happy with the repair work! The car was taken into the space pretty quickly. Once the guys started working on the car to replace the side passenger window and fix the crack on the windshield it was relatively done within the hour. Thank you. Side note: What I didn’t appreciate at the beginning before they started working on the repair, were the workers milling around, chit chatting and specifically one of them thinking it was okay to lean on my car while doing so. Didn’t think that was professional of him to do as such.

WOW! Could not say more things! I have been trying to get my glass replaced with safelite for the past few weeks giving me the runaround finally I had enough and called this shop i found off a google search and luckily they were able to give me a quote and said the had an opening for the very next day! They gave me a time between 9am-1pm and they arrived at 9am sharp! Did an excellent job replacing the glass looks brand new and only took about an hour to replace! I would recommend this place to everyone truly!

This is our 4th windshield replacement on this vehicle. Your tech, Manny, is by far the most talented and caring tech we have ever dealt with. We watched the removal. Manny paid special attention to flaws that were created by previous installers. He fixed each flaw in a timely manner. This is the first time our windshield actually lays in the correct position so that the rubber edge lays flat on the vehicle surface. Manny is a special man. I truly hope you appreciate this employee.

They did a horrible job!!! After the windshield was installed, a bunch of my sensors stopped working on my car and now it’s an entire mess! The mechanic came back to check and said this is not his issue however, when I took the car back to the dealership, they said that all of the sensors are a result of The Way The windshield was installed, and it was incorrect! Now I have to waste my time and figure out how to fix this issue. I am not happy.

Comparing Auto Glass Now to Safelite is like comparing heaven to hell! After two separate awful experiences at Safelite I decided to try somewhere else and chose Auto Glass Now. Best decision I've made in a while! From my first visit for a quote to the actual installation everything was smooth and professional. And the work was done in two hours which was the actual time quoted! Amazing. Don't go anywhere else for auto glass. Thanks

Very pleasant experience. Gave glass info over internet, they gave me a price (which was lower than their competitors). Called for appointment, was told to bring it in anytime. I drove there, waited in very nice waiting room and twenty minutes later the window was repaired and I was on my way. No trying to up-sale you (like their competitors). I definitely would recommend them!

I usually don't give out 5 stars, but the representative that came out to replace my front windshield was A1. It took him just about an hour, and he's been doing this for over 20 years. He was nice and professional, and he taught me a thing or two, about how to spot a replaced windshield. I recommend this company. Also the customer service on the first initial call was top notch.
