July 3rd 2025 as I was preparing for our 4th of July Celebrations I discovered that my 2017 Lexus GX 460 windshield decided to crack from the center out to the sides. Knowing how picky I am I knew I needed a top quality , professional installer and wanted OEM Lexus glass installed. I also decided not to use my insurance to avoid possible insurance premium hikes. I had recalled watching some YouTube shorts about the Auto Glass Kings in the OC about a year ago. I decided to request a quote from them as well as some other companies in the area. Quoting Experience: Out of all the companies I reached out to the Auto Glass Kings responded the fastest, had the best pricing and made my experience smooth as butter. I first spoke with Theresa who was extremely professional and easy to talk to. She got me quotes (total out the door pricing) for both aftermarket and OEM Lexus glass unlike other companies which actually didn’t include tax and fees in their totals they quoted. In addition two other companies insisted I had to pay a calibration fee even though my vehicle doesn’t have the features. After deciding to go with Auto Glass Kings I setup an appointment for next day. Installation: I had the pleasure of working with Andrew who texted me before the scheduled installation window time letting me know about what time he would arrive. Andrew arrived promptly, answered my many questions, and got to work. He was very personable, respectful, and customer oriented. As I watched him do his magic he took his time to ensure the job was done to perfection. He finished everything up in about 50 minutes. I had to get my windshield replaced and no one picked up on a Sunday during Father’s Day except Auto Glass Kings. When the insurance company was lagging and making it difficult, Teresa at Auto Glass Kings made it simple and did her best to handle my claim. This was above and beyond service because it allowed me to not to stress at work. Andrew was a great and personable installer. He explained everything he was going to do, and was super nice despite me being 15 minutes late. I hope I don’t have to get a new windshield again, but if I do I am definitely hitting up Auto Glass Kings for their service.

While driving back from an out-of-town vacation, a rock unexpectedly hit our windshield. What could have been a stressful situation was handled effortlessly thanks to Andrew. He immediately took the initiative to contact our insurance company, patched me into the call, and helped verify all our information. Their team not only replaced the windshield but also performed ADAS calibration for our newer, high-tech vehicle. We paid just the deductible, and insurance covered the rest. Andrew has replaced three of our windshields over the last year. Our cars are rented out most of the time so when something happens requiring a replacement - Andrew gets it done quickly so we aren’t losing rental revenue. He is always very quick to respond to your text/phone call and has done all three within a day or two of calling. Same day if needed. The new windshields always look great. Price point is very good. Amazing guy!!! really knows what he’s doing and honestly leaves the glass sparkling. I had my windshield cracked and called him for a quote…very reasonable prices with a smile on your face. lifetime warranty, quality product and quality job. As a woman he made sure I felt safe and understood the whole run down never got tired of any questions big or small and really liked the hands on ability to trust him and for him to build that rapport with me. Definitely consider him when looking for any glass project that you need.

Andrew is the best!! Super communicative - he kept me in the loop when going through approval process with insurance. He went above and beyond to get the best materials for me. Did a superior job on windshield which I was so nervous about because of my windshield having a camera. He calibrated it several times and it works just like before. Came to my car and took exactly how long he estimated it would take. Seriously, I’ll recommend him to everyone.

I had a frustrating experience with Safelite when they couldn't replace my car's windshield, but Andrew came to the rescue last minute. His knowledge and experience were evident as he efficiently replaced my windshield. I truly appreciate his dedication to his job, especially after Safelite's runaround and wasted time. Andrew is a lifesaver! His prices were even more competitive than Safelite saving me a couple hundred dollars for the same service.
