Peter Pan Auto Glass

This is my second opportunity to use Peter Pan.Auto Glass. Just like the first time, this 2nd engagement did not disappoint. I spoke to Peter himself prior to coming. He gave me an estimate to replace my cracked windshield over the phone. After, an hour of service, my cost was very affordable, at least $50- $75 less than a nationally ranked provider. I know it's not OEM glass but what I got included a gradient tinting to shield my eyes from the sun without using the.built-in visor in my car. Going beyond service is what Peter Pan is all about. After removal of the cracked windshield, they noticed evidence of rust forming on a few areas of the metal frame. They alerted me accordingly, and said they will do their best to clean and seal the compromised area. Not certain if other providers will simply ignore this leading to future compromise of the installation or premature glass adhesion failure. I'm sure they've seen this often so the right thing to do, is fix it with what ever available means to prolong the life of the car with minimal charge or no cost. Needless to say, they took care of the problem with no cost to me, and no questions asked. I'm very confident of their work and awesome customer service that I am happy to recommend them. BTW, they repair small glass cracks too so I will return with my other cars suffering from these small rock dings.

The two technicians who worked on my car, Andrew and Marshall, were exceptional. They arrived on time, were courteous and friendly, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They were also very careful with my car, taking great care to ensure that there was no damage during the replacement. The replacement itself was flawless. The windshield fit perfectly, and there were no issues whatsoever. The technicians even took the time to clean up after themselves, leaving my car looking better than when they arrived. I have gone to Peter Pan Auto Glass twice, once for a front passenger window replacement, and the second time for a sunroof replacement. Both times Peter was able to quickly order the parts, and once in hand they were very flexible on times for me to come in and get the parts installed. While hanging around the shop I noticed Peter Pan Auto Glass stocks Tesla corner glass panels which is good to know as other places can take weeks to get the part. I called a few other places and no one could get my window fixed as early as Peter Pan Auto Glass could. Each time the work was done very quickly and inexpensively (under an hour for each job). This included cleanup of broken glass, installation of the new glass, and testing the open/close functionality. You get what you pay for and the quality of work is good, but not amazing. I would not let this discourage people from going to Peter Pan Auto Glass, as I am extremely detail oriented and notice small things many people would not care about. That being said, I still recommend Peter Pan Auto Glass and will call them first if I need any auto glass work done.

AVOID Don’t be misled by their Google reviews [they damaged my car] I took my car to them to replace the front door glass on both sides. Since I was in a rush, I chose them over Safelite, thinking it would be a quicker option. I waited while they worked on my car, and an older man “who seemed to be the owner” handled the job. Once he was done, I immediately noticed several issues: the door panels were damaged, the paint was scratched, and the door panes weren’t installed properly. When I pointed out the damage, he was dismissive, and after a frustrating argument, he finally admitted they were responsible. He promised to get a paint patching kit and call me, but that never happened. To make matters worse, he charged me for cleaning up the broken glass, yet I can still hear pieces rolling around inside my doors whenever I drive or open and close them.

I replaced My seinna 2017 windsheld here today. After installation I felt wired experience from driver seat. It's not close to front dashboard there is a inch gap. VIN display space visible now. Before leave I checked with him. He said thats how it will be. In initial receipt it mentioned for 2014 seinna. And seems he installed incorrect(2014) part. When I check with him, He somehow showed me in his system it's for 2017. Initially he said one quote. And increased price during payment. He is not honest and try to make money naive customer. I don't recommend this place. Better pay more and go to right place After a week driving noticed lot of noise inside car. Please don't visit this place . Unfortunately, I've had the pleasure of using Peter's services multiple times in the past couple of years to replace the passenger side window on my Audi. His shop is always fast, often same day service, and they do a great job. The worst part of having your window broken is all the mess it leaves inside the car. Besides replacing the broken glass for a great price, they always return the car with the inside perfectly cleaned. All the little glass fragments and dust are totally gone. I completely recommend Peter Pan Auto Glass for this kind of work.

First time for a windshield replacement it was done very well. However on a second time to get a windshield replacement was informed that during installation the windshield molding broke. Was not informed of this until time of car pick up. They did not seem to care nor did they offer to replace the windshield molding and provide any solutions at all. Did ask if they can replace it, but just felt like the were trying to dismiss the whole issue. Do not recommend this business.

Recently needed my windshield replaced, and Peter Pan Auto Glass was one shop that worked with my insurance. Within 48 hours of receiving my claim, the owner (I think) called to set up an appointment. They got me in same-day, and even traveled to my home for mobile service, even though it was outside of their usual service area. Very impressed with the efficiency, customer service, and work done. I’d definitely use them again if I needed their services!

STAY AWAY!! I had my windshield replaced her 1.5 years ago. I kept getting water in my car, turns out the seal on the windshield was no good. Peter Pan gives a lifetime guarantee on their work so I called them- they hung up on me twice, the third time the guy said he would call me back and never did. I had to pay someone else to put in a brand new windshield and have the car detailed to get rid of the mildew. Peter Pan should be ashamed.
