I wish I could give 0 stars for them. First of all, their prices are way more than the other places I called after dealing with this lady Sara. At first she sounded ok then asked me "what is your budget"? Excuse me, but my budget is whatever it takes to to get it fixed for a fair and reasonable price. It felt like I was being sold a car. When I questioned her, let's just say she wasn't the friendliest after. Well sorry if I don't trust you or your $375 quote anymore, and for good reason because I got my wife's windshield fixed for $210. Are you kidding me?! She tried to get over on me for $165. When I called back she got all defensive and says the other companies don't use real parts...ridiculous. Thanks for nothing, go somewhere else people.

Our car (Lexus RX350) was broken into in SF and the passenger rear window was smashed. Scheduled the service with Tonya over the phone and had a technician sent to our address within 24 hours (for comparison the only service State Farm could find for us was 30 miles away). Window replacement service was done by Jose. He came on time, was super friendly, did a fantastic job replacing the passenger rear window, and finished within 45 minutes. Other services we'd called quoted us $400 more than Lizard Auto Glass charged us. Really good service on fixing my Windshield, the guy who replaced my windshield was friendly, nice and patient with all the questions I had regarding the replacement. This is the first time amongst 3 cars where I have EVER had to replace a windshield, thankfully it wasn't horribly expensive. The customer service, however, when I first made contact for an appointment, could use some fine tuning. Seriously, Connie if you're going to lie to me on the phone, I should at least get a discount for having to suffer through the lying and not calling it out. Lying doesn't build trust between a customer and the business, it puts the business "on watch"

I called to get my windshield replaced, and the process was smooth and quick. The people are very friendly and I feel like they gave me a fair price, especially for the speed and quality of the service. I had done some research about how much it could potentially cost for my specific car and they charged me less than I anticipated. I also am always worried about getting after market items whenever replacing something on my car, but the windshield looks exactly the same! They were even kind enough to vacuum my car, which was super dirty from a camping trip. Super reliable, would definitely recommend 🙏🏻

Had to get a rear windshield replaced and Lizard Auto was very quick to accommodate me and schedule me in. They were able to do the repair the next day and do it at my residence. The customer service (I spoke to Maria) was fantastic and they are very welcoming. The cost is reasonable given their quick turnaround time. The only other remark I have is that there were a couple scratch marks left in the back headrest area of the car after the windshield replacement. Hence the four stars. Besides this, the service was great and the glass looks great. Would recommend to anyone in an auto glass pinch!

I appreciated their no-pressure approach and reasonable prices. Aarman came to my location and replaced the window within an hour. I was incredibly impressed with the service. Aarman was professional, friendly, and humble. He was also very organized, ensuring everything worked perfectly, and he meticulously cleaned up all the shattered glass. Replaced the windshield on my Toyota and their hours listed on Google are not the same as their actual hours posted on the building so I went to drop off at 8am to find out that they don't open until 9am. Once I picked up the vehicle , dash cam and mic were not reattached the same way the vehicle came in, plus they has put a deep 4 inch scratch in the plastic A pillar trim. Wish they took better care of the vehicle and reinstalled the camera/mic appropriately. Price was cheapest around but I guess its also representative of the service received.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received today on my appointment with Eddie. I was worried that the size of the chip on my windshield would make it impossible to repair, he even said it’s going to be tough but he worked his magic and completely fixed it in such a short time. I honestly didn’t think it was going to work at first, but they exceeded my expectations. He was professional, efficient, and truly skilled. Wonderful they were able to replace a windshield the dealer said would take over 2 weeks to get and it only took one day for them to get it and install also half the cost Best auto glass in the bay. I have used theses guy for for 4 years between different jobs for heavy duty semi windshield replacement and automotives in the fleet world they have been the best.
