Absolutely outstanding job A1! I can't remember ever being able to see so clearly through my windshield. It looks like it isn't even there. Amazing ! I'm very happy, thank you so much! I had i basketball sized spiderweb crack in my windshield. My insurance provider suggested Safelite, Who quoted me nearly $500 . Under my deductible so out of pocket. I said no way. After searching yelp I noticed AI was close by, had verified licencing, and 100s of 5 star ratings from people in a similar situation to mine. I called, was givin a price estimate, time frame, & same day appointment. Price was about half & i was happy to pay it for the kind service, and amazing job done. Been doing my homework for a couple weeks. There are a lot of sketchy shops out there, but you get what you pay for honestly. I stick with LLumar because I have always been happy with the results on my last few cars. Just moved back to SD from Florida. I had a great shop there and needed to find a local business to get get my windows tinted here. I found A1 Auto Glass & Window Tinting in El Cajon. They have competitive pricing, great reviews, and they stand by their work. That is all I wanted and I got it. Trust me they do a lot of businesses too. Also, doing two other Teslas when my car was getting tinted. They were super friendly, knowledgably and I felt very comfortable there. Thank you and your team for the great results. Tommy and Tony were of great help. We had two Tesla Model 3’s tinted all-around today. We met with Tommy initially and he explained the differences in the tint they carry. He took his time explaining minute details to me when I asked him. We settled on CTX 25 for both vehicles. Once done, both vehicles looked amazing. Tony was able to further add details about the Tesla and the computer, related to heat. He said the ceramic film we had installed will last and keep the vehicle cool. Earlier this month, they also filled in a chipped windshield on one of the Teslas. The final prices for their services were competitive and A1 Auto Glass and Tinting had superior services. Take it from a picky shopper, I highly recommend this shop.

I was recently cited for my window tint on my driver side and it’s not that dark! So I called to see if they could do their test/measurement. The lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful and suggested I come in. She took one look at my window and said that is definitely not illegal and couldn’t believe I received a citation! Then one of her guys come out and he found that my window has 81% light visibility, while the CA Law states 70% is required. He then videotaped my VIN number and outcome to support my case. I felt validated, supported and empowered by the treatment that I received at this establishment! They didn’t charge me anything, and I would highly recommend them for their excellent service!

The quality of my service from when I walked into this shop to when I walked out was amazing. Tommy helped me up at the front and got to me quick with great customer service. I was in and out of the shop with a brand new windshield at a great price in less than three hours. I had a bad humming noise coming from the top and bottom of my windshield and was told that my windshield installation prior to coming was put in wrong and they fixed it and showed me the correct installation. I was recommended by my mom and it definitely did not disappoint. Thanks so much for all of the help today guys!

I have been going to this place for years and will never take my vehicles anywhere else. Today I took my wife's car in for a windshield crack. She had made an appointment an assumed that she needed a new windshield. They ordered the windshield ahead of our appointment. Once we arrived, they determined that a new windshield was not necessary and would be able to fill the crack for a fraction of the cost. This place is honest and they now have a customer for life.
