Advanced Auto Glass

Just got back from affordable auto glass. When I arrived for my appointment, the staff was friendly and told me my car would be ready in 40 minutes and asked if I was going to wait. I told them I would come back and they said they would call me when it was done. It's a small business so I understand not having shuttle service so luckily I live in town and had to walk home. After about 4 and a half hours I was wondering why I had not received a call. I called them three times but only got their voicemail so I left a message. After 10 minutes they called back and said the car was ready. After picking up the car and getting home, I noticed there was still broken glass in my car door. I called them back and they said their vacuum doesn't reach that far in the car door and it will eventually fall out the bottom of the car door. I'm not sure that's standard practice since I haven't had to replace my window before. The work seems like quality work but time will tell. I had a rock crack my windshield and was hoping someone could take care of it. I called Affordable and they were able to fit me in within 45 minutes, and actually took my car 15 minutes early since I showed up early. The owner came out and took a look. He was very professional, personable and courteous. Took care of the crack in less than 10 minutes and it looks phenomenal. Price was good, and it was done before my appointment was supposed to even start! Very clean repair and I would definitely highly recommend

I had a tiny 1/2 inch chip in my window. I took it to get sealed at advanced auto glass in Dixon. They did such a bad job the chip grew to a 4 inch crack overnight. Then they tried to lie and say it wasn't their fault and they blamed me and said another rock must have hit it. You can see in the photo it's definitely the same chip that has grown. Do not use these scumbags for anything.

Super friendly and very courteous of your time. I'm not very good with appointments especially when it's my only day off and I have a ton of errands to run. They understood and when I finally did make it in they had everything done within 30 minutes. They worked with my insurance company as well so i didnt have to do anything. Highly recommended.

He come straight to you and takes care of your problems no worries whether you're at home at work or doing some shopping he'll come and take care of your window needs definitely recommend this guy to anybody I would definitely pick these guys over safe glass anytime well worth it and completely honest prices

Staff is friendly, tinting service was quick, maybe too quick; multiple defects in tint and work was sloppy, scratches, bubbles squished to lines, poor cuts at top of back windows. Also, no discounts for being referred or for referrals.

Went in to have a chip in my windsheild filled. The shop was nice and air conditioned. Service was great and fast, I was done in under 30 minutes! Will return for any future windsheild repair needs.

They are the absolute best!!! I was waiting over 5 weeks for a window on back order and this place searched for a couple hours and found me it in a day!!! So grateful to these guys!!!!
