AL'S AutoGlass

I highly recommend AL'S Auto Glass. They were very professional in this service. My car was vandalized and my window, which is on the right passenger side, was completely shattered. AL'S Auto Glass came to the location where I was working and within 35 minutes they installed my window and cleaned up all the small pieces of glass scattered all over my car. It was very frustrating but when Edgar and his team arrived they made my life easier with excellent service. Again, I highly recommend AL'S Auto Glass.!

They called ahead to make sure that it was still a good time for the appointment. Then, they came when they said that they would. Almost down to the minute. They were polite and respectful. They said it would be done in 45 minutes. Again, it was almost right on the nose. They gave clear instructions about when it would be safe to take the tape off and when it would be safe to wash the car. And, I was informed about the guarantee on their work should there be water leaks within 30 days. Overall, very satisfied!

Called this morning to have a drivers side window regulator replaced in our 20 year old Expedition. Albert suggested where I could pick one up. Fortunately, it was in stock. Called him back and he was able to fit me in. Albert and Edgar kept me informed about arrival time and let me know when they were on their way. They arrived on time, worked through the trickey install of an aftermarket part, and they finished really quickly. Showed me where the faulty part had broken. Both were friendly and professional. Someone broke my back window to break in my car on Saturday evening. All the repair shops I googled that were nearby were already closed. Except for Al's. I was able to swing by quickly and they cleaned out the broken glass and covered my window with a good tight wrap. The glass had to be ordered but at least I knew my car wouldn't be exposed to water, etc. The tech came right to my house once the glass arrived and quickly replaced the window. Good as new! So grateful these guys were around to assist in an emergency. Super nice guys and I was surprised it didn't cost an arm and a leg! Definitely recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with Al’s AutoGlass. I had to have my entire windshield replaced. From the first time I contacted them, up until completion of the job, they were extremely polite, punctual and did an outstanding job. My fiancé had a small chip in her windshield and they were able to fix it in less than ten minutes and barely charged anything for the additional repair. This is what I consider amazing customer service. They’re very kind and their prices are more than fair. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their company again and will definitely recommend their business to friends and family.

My car got broken into on a Saturday night and Al’s auto glass was able to come as early as Monday and fix it right at my apartment complex! It took him just about 25-30min to fix and he still went out of his way to vacuum my car and make sure every single glass inside the door was out! Absolutely amazing family business please support they are very inexpensive compared to bigger companies like Safelite. They dont have any additional hidden fees. I recently had my front windshield replaced at this shop, and I am extremely satisfied with the entire process. The technician was very professional, meticulous in his work, and quickly completed the windshield replacement. What impressed me the most was that they provided a mobile service, which saved me time and the hassle of going to the shop. The quality of the replacement glass is excellent, and the installation is very secure. The visibility is clear, and the technician was careful not to cause any damage to my car during the process. I will definitely recommend it to anyone!

This is the first time I've ever had to replace a windshield but as Edgar said, "hopefully the last!" Egdar picked up my call almost immediately. He asked me a few questions to verify they had the right part and were able to fit me in for a same-day or next day appointment. Yadir and Edgar arrived at my house and completed the job in less than an hour all while I stood there talking their ears off. 😅 These gentleman are kind, knowledgeable and quality professionals with reasonable prices. I cracked my windshield and the same day it happened I contacted Al's shop. He was able to meet me the same day and get it repaired. During the process, he was explaining his background and experience and the products and tools he uses to reassure me that I'm getting best job possible. He has worked at Safelite and for other windshield repair companies and is now taking his expertise running his own business. I was in and out in under 15 minutes and the crack is barely noticeable. Highly recommend.
