Came here awhile back to get my regulater repaired for my Benz. Broke again just after the warranty expired. And when came in I explained to Oliver what had happened, he said no problem. After the repair I was expecting some kind of argument or disagreement about the price. But to my surprise, he said that I was good to go. No charge. I was really surprised and appreciative for him doing that. Thank you. I guess some places do still respect repeat customers. Earned my respect and a customer for life. Thanks again Oliver.

I actually came here some time ago. Just forgot to leave a review. I had brought in my car because my window wouldn't roll up all the way. the first place I went to quoted me at $300. They didn't even check out the car. They just looked at it and said $300. There is no way. This is 300. So I Googled glass repair and Majestic Auto glass came up. the young man who assisted me was very professional. Very kind he actually listened to me and instead of just looking at the car, he actually went over to the car. And checked it out and found out that the clicker to my door window had given out and he had a used one that he could sell to me. The price he gave me was very, very cheap. Compared to what I was quoted at from the first place. I had went to this placeis very reasonable. They're Fast and They're kind. I will definitely recommend them.

Overall the work was good. But a few issues. 1st business hours state 8am according to Google. I called at 815am to see if they have the windshield for my car.. they say yes, I say great on my way.. get there 840am.. I'm told they aren't open till 9am.. luckily I don't live far but that would have been something tell someone when they say they are on the way.. 2nd they didn't reuse one of my molding from the factory it's reusable.. All the moldings were brand-new and expensive. They tossed it in the trash.. as well as popped a holding clip from the side moldings off and didnt put it back on just left it on the roof. Been to this place twice in the last couple of years. Once for a 2013 Ford Fusion and a couple of years later the windshield is still in perfect condition, no problems. Yesterday I went for a chip on my Camry's windshield and was asked about when the chip happened. Then they proceeded to tell me that it shouldn't get any worse. That it didnt need the $45 repair. I was shocked at their honesty. Most places these days just take your money. I asked if I should return if it gets any worse but the guy said he didnt think it would. Bringing all of my future work here since it was one of my rental cars I was bringing in. I really appreciate honest places these days.

I called on the phone to get a price to replace my cracked windshield. I was quoted $280 for a new windshield and told that they had it in stock. When I got there, again I was told $280 for the new windshield. After they removed the cracked windshield, the young man who was doing the work came over to me and told me the the one that they had in stock was a factory windshield and it was $650. If I wanted the aftermarket windshield, I would have to wait 30 minutes until they got an aftermarket one from somewhere. I waited the 30 minutes but I felt like they tried to bait and switch me. I took both of my cars here and I have to say, their prices are the best in town. I work for myself and my time is very valuable to me. They were able to get me in and out in less than 1 hour. Not saying that you will be as lucky. I just happen to go when it was slow. Once I was leaving, I noticed more customers started coming in and it got busy. I say give these guys a chance. They are good, honest people. I'm very please with the outcome and the new windshield looks great. Quick and very reasonably priced! I walked in and was out with a new windshield in under an hour on a Saturday morning. There was a little old adhesive residue on the dash, floor, and cowl that I had to vacuum, and a smear or two of new adhesive on the A pillar paint that I wiped away. These minor issues are easy to overlook considering the efficiency and value compared to replacement at the dealer or national chain.

Great shop! Very knowledgeable, they also are experts in auto door locking systems. I took my Kia van because the back door and one of the sliding doors wouldn’t open. They had it figured out within 5 minutes and fixed within 10. He explained the problem to me and how I can fix it myself if it happens again in the future. and he didn’t even charge me. Maybe he forgot. Check it, these guys are awesome! Pro’s all the way!

I had a great experience with Majestic Auto Glass after a morning when I came to my car to find that a window had been broken. Majestic Auto Glass was recommended to me by the security guard at my workplace. I went directly to them, and they fixed the window and cleaned all of the broken glass out of my car in less than 30 minutes. When I went to the register to pay, they gave me a discount. I am very grateful.
