My company partners with AutoGlassNow and it was a perfect fit. They were just a tad bit pricier than AAA but just by a smidgen; they were willing to match what AAA offered, so I was glad to have asked. I originally emailed our account manager, and she had her assistant call to schedule a date for them to come out. Like most, I work a 9-5 job so it was great that they came out to me; hey, you pay for convenience. I called on Monday afternoon and they came on Wednesday morning. Didn’t get my service guy’s name, but he was really nice. Once he was done, he just gave me some minor instructions for the next 24-48 hours. Easy peasy!

For me these guys went above and beyond. The car was throwing a code which could be easily cleared by the stealership and they asked me to have the dealer do that. As typical answer for these stealers was they stuck me with $185 diagnostic fee and told me another $600 would do the job. At which point I paid the diagnostic and left. The manager at this branch was kind enough to reimburse me for the rip off the stealer tried to do. For the record most places would have just said "oh tough luck better luck next time".

We were told the price for a windshield repair was 69 dollars. They did the work and wanted to charge 129 dollars. After we told her what we were quoted she said she could charge us 100 dollars for 15 min of work. We wanted to use a claim with insurance and she said that she would have to create a 3 way call. She would not file it otherwise. Than after my wife paid for it. She said she could not file a claim. My insurance company said this is not true. Her name was Louisa.

Glad to find this place in google. I was previously declined by the shop recommended by my insurance namely Safelite Auto glass just because I changed the wheels of my car. But I guess it was a blessing in disguise to find such an awesome place to get my windshield replaced. Dropped my car earlier than appointment and was able to get it on promised time. Straight forward business and very helpful staff and technician. Will definitely refer friends to you. Thanks 😀

I have used All Star glass now three times and continue to receive great service from them. They make the repair super easy by coming to you, but I have also visited their shop where they gave me a very comfortable place to wait while my repair was being done. I needed the power window regulator replaced in the passenger door of my Chevy Volt. Auto Glass Now responded immediately to my call, arranged for one of their mobile installers to come to my house and solved the problem quickly and painlessly. Everyone I worked with was pleasant and helpful. I will definitely call them again when needed, and recommend them to anyone who needs auto glass repairs. Two thumbs up.

I was so impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable staff and their attentive and speedy resolution for replacement of my windshield, which turned out to be fully covered by warranty. Easy location is walking distance to BART or Trader Joe's while I waited, and the park-like Holy Cross cemetery across the street is a green, serene place for a stroll.

Great service! They came to my residence and did a fantastic job installing a new front windshield on my SUV. Their prices were reasonable, the installation of my front windshield was super clean, and they were precise in attaching the audio wires/microphone that were between the windshield and Upholstery. I will definitely call them again if needed!

Scott was very kind and efficient installing my back window on my Toyota Rav4. He was even able to get ALL of the glass out of the sealed hatch.
