Great quality work and wonderful customer service. My windshield chip had turned into a long crack in a matter of days and I had no prior experience as to getting it repaired. I looked up places and saw the website to Prevailing Auto Glass and saw that they had great reviews. I called the phone number attached to their website and the receptionist answered and gave me a direct quote for my windshield and gave me some time and date options for them to come out and replace my windshield. That’s right, they come to you so you won’t have to miss work or leave your house! Greg came to meet me at my workplace the following day and was right on time. He let me know how long the work was going to take and that he will let me know when it was done. He did everything in under an hour and called me and handed me back the keys to my car and gave me aftercare instructions. He did a phenomenal job and was very professional and not to mention, they give you a lifetime warranty! I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know and will for sure be a returning customer when needed! I was struggling to find auto glass repair that was affordable and my deductible was too high to go through insurance. Greg from prevailing auto glass was so amazing, He was very honest and straight forward over the phone and had great customer service. He helped me find the best deal for me and my budget. They came to me and worked with in my schedule. He was very prompt, professional, and very nice. He did an incredible job with the install, and my car looked good as new. If I could give 100/5 stars I would. This is without question the best experience I have had with any repair company related to auto. My car was broken into and Insurance and other company’s told me it would be weeks before they could get it fixed. Called Prevailing Auto Glass and they were on top of it. They made room for me in their day, they found my part that no other place could find, and showed up with a big smile and gladly assisted and replaced my windows. They have earned my business for every glass repair moving forward and they will get every referral possible. Thank you very much.

Had a massive crack in my front windshield that needed replacing. My husband cashed around and got estimates and found the best price from Prevailing Auto Glass. We set out appointment and the owner of Prevailing care earlier than expected which worked out better for me and replaced the glass in 1 hour. He is a really nice guy and did an awesome job replacing the glass. It looks better than new. Absolutely fantastic! They will be my only call when I need glass replaced. I gave them a call late yesterday afternoon with my dilemma and with that one phone call my dilemma was gone, they came out the next morning, replaced my rear glass in no time. Very kind, considerate and professional both on the phone and in person. When other companies were giving me a week ETA , they had it resolved the next morning and for much cheaper ( I might add). This may be a strong statement but one I say with all the heart and strength in the world. Greg and prevailing auto glass crew are absolutely phenomenal in every aspect of detail and passion. You won’t receive anywhere near the same experience with a friendly feeling during and afterwards. I and quite a few people at Autozone who got to see the man in action will now be going to him for any future work and 1,000/10 recommend I couldn’t even just do 10/10 their awesomeness broke the scales.

Prevailing Autoglass replaced the front windshield on my 2024 Tacoma. The windshield was on back order for months, and Tessa did a great job keeping in touch the entire time with updates and communication with my insurance. Appointment was made as soon as windshield was received and Greg came to the house to replace/calibrate. Greg explained the entire process and all went smoothly. They are great people to work with. Highly recommend this company for any windshield needs.
