Best Buy Auto Glass

I’ve had the misfortune of needing Best Buy Auto Glass twice this year. The first time, my passenger window was busted by a thief, this time my windshield was destroyed by a falling avocado (I wish I was making this up). But each time I went to visit Joe, he was able to get my car in the very next day (weekdays, can’t speak for weekend availability) and all patched up in under two hours. He’s professional and quick to take care of your car. I had a little trouble understanding his accent at first, but he was always kind and easy to talk to. Plus, his shop features the world’s CUTEST dog. Not to mention the price was the best I could find in this area. Safelite was prepared to charge me almost double the price Best Buy did AND I had to wait almost a week to get an appointment there. Thank you Joe, you did an amazing job!

Their site states they do mobile service so I attempted to schedule a mobile service repair for a small chip. He told me they do NOT do mobile service so I said, "TY" and suggested he remove the reference of mobile service from his website. He became angry and suddenly flipped stating he would do a one-time mobile service with no guarantee of repair for $175. He is clearly dishonest. I like to work with small businesses where I can trust them and not have to play games.

This is where everybody who does not want to pay a stupid amount of money, I did my research on a broken car window, best buy auto glass was $100 cheaper than all the other places, the glass they used was not the brand the car came with, but I cant tell!! If i cant tell, you cant tell, I saved $100 loved there service, they had my window put in in less than an hour, and they cleaned up all the broken glass inside my car, this is where I will always take my service.

I run a company with a fleet of 9 vehicles. They're work trucks so they get abused, and every time we have a cracked windshield or whatnot I've been using BB Auto glass, since 2012 when we used to rent the spot across the street from them. Fast, good work, and a decent price. Its what I look for in all my vendors. Definitely recommend this place !! My car was unfortunately broken into and the passenger side window was shattered. I called in the morning, got an appointment later that day and everything was beautifully finished in just 2 hours! He also took the time to vaccuum all the tiny glass particles on the floor, seats, and even the center console. This guys is awesome! I needed the passenger window replaced quickly on my Camry back in Feb when it was raining a lot, as it had been smashed in. Safelite wanted twice the price and 2 weeks, and Toyota wanted even more money and would give me a 4 hour time period in a day or so, but this guy told me to come over in an hour and he fixed it in less than 1 hour. Amazing service, price and time frame!

This is the most reliable and professional auto glass service I’ve ever seen. Friday afternoon made a appointment and tomorrow 10:00 they arrived on time and completed the replacement in a hour. They sent me invoice promptly and no issues with the windshield glass after driving three days. It’s efficient, affordable and punctual. What else can I say? 5 star they deserve.

Joe was absolutely great. I had my Jeep windows smashed in and he took care of it right the next day. I was fixed up and back on the road in no time. He does good work and even gave me recommendations with the other damage that had been done. I will go to him for all my auto glass needs, hands down

Very friendly guy. He gave me the appointment for the time I needed, and replaced my windshield in about 2 hours. Very affordable prices. If I ever another glass replacement, I would definitely go back to him.
