I had my wondsheld replaced about a year ago. The s I do mold in bent in half and was flopping around when I drove. I went back and he said he would order a ne one and call me. They never did. I called a couple of time and they didn't seem to have the part but would call when they did. Also their phone number doesn't reflect the business mame but a woman's name so I wouldn't know if it was them or not but never got a message. I fi MN Ally glues it on myself and drove it that way for a while but it eventually came loose again. I called them back and they still didn't have the part and wete out for a week for some training (???) I drove by several more time but they were mot there. Anyway they got back, (I called theml) and got the part. They replaced it its but withn 3 days it blew completely off again. When I went back they were closed for vacation. At this time they are supposed to get the part and call me. No word so far. This has been glong on about a year and a half.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

Lee is a nice man. But he lacks professionalism when it comes to ordering, scheduling , returning calls, and problem solving. My windows were obsolete but could be found, I finally discovered after almost a month of having a gaping hole in my car. He was on vacation for many days of this time, so he should have decided from the beginning it was something he couldn’t take on. I called another shop and got the work done in 3 days! He didn’t return my calls and his mailbox was often full. I went through an unnecessary horrible experience that was very stressful. On my first visit, he was late for our appointment and after 1 1/2 hrs in an uncomfortable waiting area, he told me he couldn’t do the work due to the molding. Hopefully I was just an unusual job and got him at the wrong time. Maybe he needs more employees? Just a thought, but communication is very important, I feel.

They even gave me a loaner car so that I could continue on with my errands for the day. Called Lee, got a quote same day and was able to have my windshield replaced the next day, with original parts and he was able to calibrate my radar and camera system. The window is beautiful and crystal clear. Price was fair and reasonable and they were easy to work with. They got me in within a couple of days of me calling and had it fixed before the day was half over. Highly recommend. Will be using them in the future for my other 2 vehicles (when the windows need to be replaced).

Called Thursday afternoon. Took the truck in later and he put it in the shop all night for safe keeping. Lee ordered glass which arrived early next morning and he had the truck ready by 10 AM. Not bad 18 hours from when I called him. Clean work. Nice guy. Couldn't be happier. Mike H

We are so happy with our windshield replacement in our 2005 tahoe. The black sealant was very clean and well done. Timely and very professional. They also replaced my Mercedes e350 windshield with all the bells and whistles awhile back. Another excellent job!

Kindest people EVERRRRRR! Came in early to get my car done before I had to get to work! My car is my office and I need it. More than fair in price and effort! I highly recommend this small business.

Never open. Like so many post covid companies they don't have a manned shop. It's simply call us and we will fit you in IF WE FEEL LIKE IT. don't waste your time here.
