Called Auto Glass Kings on Sunday, they picked up the phone and were responsive and quick to give a quote. They booked me in their first available appointment and got me taken care of right away. Very convenient to work with as they are a mobile service, gave me a great price, and the work looks fantastic. I found Andrew from Auto Glass Kings through Instagram Ad. I was hesitant to use them because I don’t usually use ads that pop up on my social media. The crack on my windshield kept getting worse so after a couple of weeks his Ad popped up again and I decided to call him. Andrew Weaver is the owner and gentlemen that will come out and handle your Windshield. We communicated through phone call and text(my preferred way of communication). He handles everything on your behalf. By far the best customer service I have gotten, coming from someone that is in Finance customer service. He just needs basic Information from you, all contact details, car information and insurance provider. I have Progressive insurance, he called them, opened the claim and handled all the leg work, brought me on to a 3 way call with my insurance and I confirmed everything. I wanted a OEM windshield and all OEM parts that need replaced and Andrew delivered. The Insurance company declined my first OEM request but Andrew handled it and was able to get me what I wanted. He picked up all the OEM parts from the Acura Dealership and came to my home to install. My 2024 Acura Integra Type S requires a lot of calibration and he got everything up to scale. Installation and calibration was less than 2 hours. Per his instruction after 2 hours you can wash your car and after 2 days for windshield tint so you can let the adhesive bond. He takes all your old parts and you don’t have to throw away anything. I took a drive after he was done with him in the car to make sure everything was in working order, good as new like when I bought it last summer. I just paid my deductible of 250$. He takes credit card for payments/Cash/Zelle-Venmo. I am not getting paid for this nor did I know him prior to this interaction in case you were wondering. I took a chance on him because of the reviews/social media. Just wanted to give my experience and help the next person looking to get this done. If you want to get this job done with minimal effort on your behalf, you found the right company.

Needed my windshield replaced for my 2019 Subaru Outback. Called several places and many said they would be able to do it, while the rest said they would do it but without calibrating the eye sight feature of the outback. Eventually called Andrew and he did say, like the rest, that calibrating the eye sight feature is tricky but he’d be able to do it. He was timely, communicative, and competitively priced. The very next day, one of his employees replaced the windshield from my home, and after there were issues with the calibration, Andrew came out himself and made another attempt. There were still issues, so Andrew came out a second day. Given that EVERY other company had said that the calibration would be an issue (with some even saying they don’t do my car), I figured there this may take time. Despite this, however, Andrew was great to work with and got it done. I’d recommend him to anyone needing this service.

I am glad I found Auto Glass Kings. They may be the King, but they SERVE the people! I called to have an OEM windshield for my 2020 Ram 1500 Rebel. Teresa helped me over the phone and after providing my VIN and answering a few quick questions, we discovered that the OEM Ram windshield for my truck was in stock. I booked an appointment and Andrew showed up at my house and completed the replacement in an hour while I worked. The installation was done with care and the glue used was the best on the market - no masking tape or anything was needed like from my previous experiences. The windshield looks great and I went through insurance sine I have comprehensive coverage. Like Andrew said, "[he] has the skills to pay the bills". I will recommend the Auto Glass Kings and use them again.

The staff can also work with your insurance if needed. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. Had an Excellent experience just now! Two great guys from Auto Glass Kings came to my work location to fix my windshield. They were very honest, hard-working, experienced and extremely organized! They stayed late into the night and when everything was done, we had a little three person concert. I played my drum to the music they played on their fancy rocking speakers. What made it really great was that they had the music I love and I rocked my drum to their Juicy Romance! Back to the work, a beautiful clean job they made of my car replacing the broken windshield and Cleaning out all the glass pieces that Shattered inside the cabin of my car! Ten stars for the Best of the BEST, you guys are really awesome! Andrew I owe you a big hug and thanks for sticking it out to the end!

This is going to be my go to for windshield repairs and replacements. They did an outstanding job from the moment I dialed the phone until the end of the replacement of a new windshield. Andrew picked up and had me setup within the day of. I called in around 8-9 AM and had a new windshield before 5:30 PM. They came on time, did a professional job, and had even sent me pictures of the process. He was accompanied by a gentleman that goes by Skyler. Both were super friendly, made great convo, and did amazing work. I will definitely be recommending this company to my friends and family, and you can definitely trust them, they will get you right! 🫡

Andrew came over and took care of my classic 1980 Chevrolet Corvette. He was extremely professional and knew exactly what he needed to get the job done. He took extra time and left the car looking perfect. It was hard to find a shop that would work on classics but when I called auto glass kings they took my call and scheduled me right away! They were not scared at all to get my Corvette looking clean how it should be. I 100% recommend auto glass kings for any glass or vehicle window work. I'm going to be calling them back also for the windshield on my 2019 Silverado! Thank you Auto Glass Kings!

I had an appointment with Safelite and they had originally told me that my particular windshield was on backorder. After a few weeks I called them back to get the status, and they informed met that somehow my order was never processed! I am SO glad I called these guys and canceled my appointment with Safelite. Not only did they respond and come out immediately but much more personable and easy to deal with and had my OEM windshield in stock the same day. Andrew (owner) came out on a Saturday and did a great job with install, calibration and cleaned everything up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Five stars! Excellent customer service they did an amazing quick job I called multiple places to get my windshield replaced with a recalibration because of the sensor, and no one could do it not even the Honda dealership because it’s lowered Honda. I contacted Auto glass kings and they said they could do calibration no problem! They came the next day at 8am Exactly! Andrew has great customers service and great workmanship Thanks Again! I’ll make sure to recommend you to anyone that needs a replacement windshield. And thanks for making the trip to San Bernardino for my car!
