Amazing service, can't thank American Auto Glass enough! Rock dinged my windshield, my coworker put some adhesive on it (which come to find out is a big no no if you want to repair a crack in a windshield). My insurance sent me to Safelite who refused to repair as it could be a liability as once any adhesive is placed on the damage it could result in further splintering in windshield during repair. As I sat left with no options and feeling terrible. I decided to go on a limb and see local mobile repair companies. I texted American Auto Glass per its website. Within an hour, they texted and called me. They agreed with Safelite had said earlier in the day but they said they could find a workaround possibly. A tech was in the area and within 20 minutes they were at my spot. 15 minutes later after arrival, the crack was basically non existent! I paid and they said they would send in the claim to my insurance and I'd receive a reimbursement receipt. Honestly, this was some of the best service I have received in any field in a long time. Fast, friendly, and professional. I know who to use and refer to in the future.

Wow, all I have to say was this is the best service I have ever had! Tuk was amazing! The story: my car got broken into the night before so I called around first thing in the morning to try to get it repaired. The first place I called told me they didn't have my window in stock and it would be 4 days before they could receive it and install it. American Auto Glass was the second place I called and Tuk told me he didn't have it in stock, but he would call around and see if he could get it today. He suggested I continue to call around to see if I could find someone and he would call me back and let me know if he found something. He called me back within an hour and said he found one downtown and was going to pick it up and come by to repair it. He was there within the next hour and repaired it super fast. Seriously so nice and best service ever!!

I have used American Auto Glass Solutions 4 times over the last few years (my neighborhood is not the most property friendly.) 4 TIMES!! This is how amazing they are. I will NEVER use another glass repair company again. Kru is my go to technician. Experienced, knowledgeable, fast, fantastic pricing, and super awesome. I’ve given his number to friends and they’ve all said this company more than exceeds their expectations. I honestly could not ask for better service. I’ve always received same day appointments, usually way sooner and way cheaper than I could have dreamed of. It’s rare these days to meet hardworking, honest, skilled people these days...if you need glass repair call ASAP (and keep Kru’s # in your phone!)

Kru was the best! I had scheduled the services for the prior day, but I made the mistake of sharing the wrong year for my vehicle, and so of course the window designs were different. He drove from Alameda to Oakland, informed me of my mistake in a very respectful way and offered to come back and fix it the next day for no extra charge. Not only did he do a fantastic job, he maintained a sense of urgency and politeness that I haven’t seen in other services around here for a long time. He even helped me with an extra quick fix for a door panel at no extra charge. This man deserves all the best and a big holiday bonus! Kru is an awesome guy and one of the most honest people which is hard to find these days. He ordered the glass for my truck and when it was time to install it he noticed that the problem I had with my windshield wiper was not due to old glass so he refused to take my money for new glass because it would've been a waste of my money, and not only that but he also offered to fix my wiper free of charge. Kru not only saved me money for the new windshield glass which I ended up not needing but he also fixed my problem so I can drive my truck safely in the rain again. He's definately my go to guy for auto glass from now on... I highly recommend using his services!

I sent a message late at night when my husband texted me that our window had been broken while he worked. Before I woke up I had a message asking for more details. As soon as they were in possession of the new window they were on their way. The repair was done quickly and with care. My vehicle was pulled out of the garage even with impending rain since he saw that there were car seats and a stroller in the car. He didn't want glass to get lost and injure the kiddos. The price was just right and I will use them again hopefully next time for a chipped windshield instead of a break in.

These are the go to guys! Stop looking you found them. Called the day before at 5 PM and he quoted a price a couple hundred under anywhere else and they had me scheduled the next day. Kru was amazing! Showed up on time and with a great attitude. Got my front windshield removed and replaced in 30 minutes. No hidden fees just an honest guy.
