I have a 1993 Mazda RX-7 parts are super hard to come by. My windshield cracked. No luck with the big guys like safelite etc. Called Y&L and wasnt holding my breath. Lady on the phone was super nice searched and located brand new windshield and had it installed 3 days later at my house. Was totally amazed. Y&L Auto Glass were true professionals. Jon replaced my windshield and side mirror, and did an amazing job on both. Out-of-pocket cost: $0.00 Y&L were able to replace both parts during work hours, around my schedule, and at locations were convenient for me (home and office). This company is awesome, they called me the same day I requested 3 online quotes from top 3 companies which is by far cheaper than the "Fancy TV commercial company". I had my car windshield replaced around three months ago from this place. I recently noticed that my windshield is damaged. When I called in regards to a warranty, the lady who runs the business told me it was for only manufactural warranty(meaning the fault of the manufactural). Than the owner proceeded to quote me the same price I paid last time for it to be replaced. (how nice). I asked if she did a patch job for the glass since it's tiny. She said no, she only does replacing the whole wind shield. Than she proceeded to say that her car shields integrity it not the issue since she buys from the manufactural, it was just that MY CAR is too OLD? I know she is the most cheapest in central Florida but at the time I rather go to another place that seems more professional and attentive to their clients. She knew that my car to "OLD" than she should of warned me ahead of time that it could crack due to how "OLD" my car is. I had my car for a long time and trust me my windshield lasted a long time before it cracked the first time. So yes, beware of this company. Also, today she had one of her workers come to my home to inspect the glass, which he did not make himself known, by not knocking on my door he just went into my garage and started looking at my car. It made me feel very uncomfortable, I had to check on my ring app to find out he was at my home? very unprofessional! Than the gentleman started to take pictures of my car without my permission especially since it was on my property(in my garage). It felt awkward and he was very rude. When i asked him why he was taking pictures he was did not answer me and just ignored me the whole time? updated: Before I used this service they had offered a 2 month manufacture warrant now they are offering a 12 month warranty, I do not know which type that was expressed on the website though. my window has been cracked for a long long time due to my insurance company telling me I need 400 before they can replace it. thankfully I got in contact with Bobby from Y&L auto glass. He ended up replacing my windshield for FREE. He dealt with the insurance aspect of it through my own insurance and FL comprehensive insurance. His company even DROVE from Sarasota to LARGO where I was working at and replaced it for me while I was on duty.
