These guys are AWESOME!! Really and truly. Prompt, professional, honest, and helpful. I called another windshield company before calling Glenn, and they stood me up on my appointment. I’m actually glad now because otherwise, I wouldn’t have called Wyndshyld!! It’s nice to have a company want your business like they do! These guys absolutely went the extra mile while installing my new windshield. They were thorough and did a great job. Very knowledgeable and personable, too. I really can’t say enough good things about their service. And their estimate was half the price that I had calculated online using another website to get an estimate of cost. Glenn did an excellent job with my vehicle and not to mention the price. They were $500 cheaper than that large glass replacement corporation. The biggest thing that will have me back is honesty. Glenn told me that my Kia Carnival has clips under a trim piece and that he damaged one when he removed the panel. There are 22 clips in total and we're not for him telling me I would have never known of the broken clip. In fact he took the customer service to the next level by ordering all new clips and installing them free of charge. This is a level of service and honesty that I have not experienced in a very long time. I give them 2 thumbs up and I highly recommend them for anyone that is looking for A1 customer service along with excellent quality.

Please let me say that recently Glenn at Wyndshyld went way above and beyond anything I could have asked for! I had a rental car a little over a month and all of a sudden the other day I noticed a break/chip on the windshield that was not there before at all and I knew that I had done absolutely nothing to cause it! But first, I went to Safelite and they told me to my amazement that someone who had to be a professional had already performed work on it before and consequently they could not do anything about it and repair it again because once it has the resin that’s put in it from the repair, there is no way you can do it again, because it had already cured. I was really upset as to how something like this could happen in the first place! So, I contacted Glenn and met with him to get his opinion. I’m so very glad I did! I did not want to havve to be forced to pay for a windshield replacement which Safelite said was my only option. Glenn assessed it and was so nice and transparent about it which made me feel like he was on my side and would be there for me to do the right thing. He agreed with what Safelite had said, that it had to be done professionally at least three months earlier. He told me I should contact Enterprise Car Rental and tell them that he said someone had to have done the job at least 2 to 3 months ago which would prove that it was done way before I even rented the car. And Glenn said that a simple repair kit you buy at the store was definitely not used! I got concerned about telling Enterprise myself and trying to explaining things correctly. He then offered to get on the phone with me and call Enterprise right away and explain to them why I was definitely not responsible for this! So, we did, and he flawlessly gave his opinion, to which the Enterprise agent agreed that I would NOT be responsible for anything concerning this matter! I have to say, that in all my encounters there is no one I have met in business that would have offered to do such a kind and caring thing! He further offered to help me any way he could if a problem were to arise after that! Not only is he very personable but his attitude is fantastic which is so important these days. I highly recommend Glenn and his company if you want anyone to do the right thing for you! And that he will do! I hired Wyndshyld to service my car primarily for two things: (1) headlight restoration and (2) windshield crack repair. They came out and did an awesome job at a reasonable price. Wyndshyld provides mobile service and the owner, Mr. Glenn Fell, himself came out to service my vehicle. Mr. Fell is very friendly, polite, highly skill, very knowledgeable and knows exactly what to do. I found him to be an honest man and someone I can truly trust. He explained everything very clearly so I would know what’s going on and what he was going to do. My car is a 2004 Lexus ES330 (15 years old) and the headlights were very yellow, cloudy and not bright at all. In fact, I had almost stop driving my car at night because it was difficult to see. Mr. Fell began working on my vehicle and he remove the old coating of the headlights, He then sand, polish, and buff my headlights until they were clear. I couldn’t believe it. I have had my headlights restored before by another company and the results were terrible. But now, for the first time in a long time, my headlights are bright and clear, looking almost new. Mr. Fell then applied some type of UV Hardcoat on my headlights to enhance clarity and provide protection. My headlights look great. Now, it’s a pleasure to drive at night again. I can see. In addition, Mr. Fell guaranteed that the headlights will not yellow or turn cloudy for 2 years or they will restore them again for free. Mr. Fell also inspected my windshield and said that the crack can be repaired rather than replacing the whole windshield. That saved me a lot of money. Mr. Fell did an awesome job repairing the crack. I can barely see it. I can truly say that Wyndshyld provides the best service at the best price. I highly recommend them.

I was driving down I-75 on my way to work in Midtown when I heard a loud thud on my windshield. Sure enough, something had shot up from a vehicle in front of mine and put a nice quarter-sized sunburst looking chip right in the center of my windshield. Late afternoon on a Sunday was not an ideal time for this to happen. Nowhere else was open. I hopped on Google and found Wyndshyld and saw all the good reviews. I was certain they would never drive all the way from Woodstock to my place of work in Midtown but I needed to call to check. With fluctuating temperatures and weird weather patterns I definitely wanted to get the repair done ASAP before it expanded. Glenn answered on the first call and to my surprise he was able to drive to my work to help me out. Glenn was very professional, friendly, communicative and explained what he was doing. He took his time and put a tremendous amount of attention and detail into his work. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. He definitely went above and beyond to help me out today. As an added convenience he was able to take a credit card and give me a receipt instantly via email. Glenn also emails an invoice with warranty information. I would do business with him again (although I'm crossing my fingers I don't get struck by a rock again!). I have already recommended Glenn and Wyndshyld to others who might need his service in the future. Thanks!

I had a rock hit my windshield driving down the highway while it was raining, it made about a quarter sized crack/chip and I knew it was deep. I called Wyndshyld as soon as I got home, got an appointment for repair for the very next day! Not only was it a speedy response time but I was given advice on how to care for the chip to help prevent the chip from spreading before my scheduled appointment the next day. The technician was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and punctual upon arriving at my home. After the repair was completed I was shocked to see my once quarter sized crack looked barely noticeable! The best parts were the extremely reasonable pricing, and the convenience! I didn't have to take my 6 month pregnant self & 2 year old somewhere and keep her entertained during my windshield repair! Thanks so much Wyndshyld!
