I came from DUQUE autoglass and they had installed my window which they did it wrong and told me my car was the problem and things were never going to come out perfect. So I left and got my money. And i came to WORLDWIDE auto glass instead and so far it has been my best experience! best fordable prices as well! Good job and keep it up! I will deff recommend you.ServicesAuto side window replacement

BMW X7 Juan is amazing.I would 100% recommend him.The best. After 2 month of back and fourth with a bad windshield installation, done bye another company. Juan was the only one able to fix it. I had a windshield replace my another company who did a terrible job. The company had to change my windshield 3 times and still had a very annoying whistling sound. In one day Juan fixed it and I couldn't be happier. I am so happy :)ServicesAuto windshield replacement

Thank you Juan for getting my windshield fixed. He had a few appointments ahead of me and could only work on 1 vehicle at a time due to the rain. He gave me a longer estimated time than usual since I was a drop in. Luckily for me he was able to push a job back and finished mine sooner than expected. He is fast and friendly. Even though I'm from out of town, I highly recommend his service to anyone in Miami.PositivePunctuality, Quality, ProfessionalismServicesAuto windshield replacement

This place is a total scam. Do not trust them! I was approached by 2 door to door sales men at my home, claiming to work with Nu Vision auto glass on a Monday. This was unsolicited. One of the salesmen named Alex looked at my windshield and told me that I needed a new one due to de-lamination. Alex also told me that this would be completely covered by my insurance, and that due to Florida state laws I would not be required to pay a deductible. Alex then advised that he would assist me with opening a claim with my insurance and scheduling an appointment to have a technician come to my house to replace my windshield. I asked if they would be able to perform the necessary recalibrations for certain safety features that my vehicle has. They assured me that they were able to do this and it would not be a problem. Alex then claimed that the appointment was set for that Wednesday between 9 AM and 12 PM. That Wednesday morning, I received multiple text messages from different numbers, confirming the appointment between 9 AM and 2 PM. As well as appointment times from 9 AM to 4 PM. Needless to say I was upset because I explicitly told Alex on that Monday that I was not available after 2 PM. I called Alex about this directly and got no answer and then called the customer service number. I explained the situation to a customer service representative. They apologized for the inconvenience and rescheduled the service for that Thursday. Only to call me back 10 minutes later and tell me they did not have a available technician that was certified to do both installation and re-calibration and that recalibration would require an additional appointment. I informed them that this was unacceptable and told them to schedule me an appointment with a technician that was certified in both. Shortly there after I received a phone call from a woman named Lori claiming to be from the corporate office. Lori assured me that she would rectify the situation by personally coordinating with the two technicians and the dispatch to guarantee a service appointment for both installation and re-calibration on Monday morning between 9 AM and 12 PM and told me if there was any issues whatsoever to call her immediately. That Monday morning, I received another barrage of confirmation text messages from various numbers regarding the appointment for both installation and re-calibration between the hours of 9 AM and 12 PM. At 11:30 I received the text message from someone claiming to be the technician advising. He was 50 minutes away. I didn’t received another text message at 12:04advising that the technician was 30 minutes away. And then advised whoever was on the other end of that text message that their technician was late. They then advised that they could not be there before that time and installation would take 40 minutes. I didn’t asked if they were finally going to be able to install and re-calibrate to which I got a negative response. At that point, I called customer service yet again, and asked to speak to Laurie. After speaking with yet another customer service representative (This one advised that his name was “Magic”) I was advised that Lori was unavailable but he would do everything he could to solve this problem. After being placed on hold several times for several more minutes, I was again advised that they were unable to perform the recalibration, but could move forward with the installation. I’ve been told Magic to cancel my service request altogether, and that I would be taking my business elsewhere after having three days of my time wasted. I didn’t contacted my insurance provider, informing them of the situation and advising them any invoices they received from this company are fraudulent as they had performed zero services to my vehicle. My insurance provider then advised me that no claims had been made on my policy whatsoever and that they do not stand anyone door-to-door. They also advised me that any window or windshield repair, was referred to Safelite auto. In short, save yourself time and money, and go to Safelite!

I came to know Juan through a family member who has been a customer for years. As everyone can agree he has raw talent, he is professional, he gets the job done hands down and like most of the female reviews it is true he is nice on the eyes 😉. But aside from the physique it is just nice to know nice people who can make a situation stress free this will be my second vehicle that I had serviced with him and although he asked me to confirm the part and i said yes come to find out it wasn't and i take responsibility what can i say im a lady however, Juan was able to get my window fixed which is was i really cared about. But on a serious note if you need any type of window related work done he is your go to guy.PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, ValueServicesService not listed
