George is a man of unbelievable *integrity*. First of all he had one of the best quotes in town. Second of all, when he came to replace my cracked windshield (which he did a great job on), he accidentally left a scratch on my dashboard and not only notified me, but offered to have it fixed. When I said it was fine, he refused to accept payment! I insisted but he told me to pay it forward to someone in need. That’s how high of a standard he holds himself to. He built his company on his own and his success is clearly due to his belief in good work. I’ve never met a business man like him. He cares about his craft and his customers, and I am really grateful I selected his company. Thank you George, who knew having my windshield replaced would be the most inspiring moment of the month!

But this company is deserving of all 5 stars. George is a friendly, positive and upbeat owner dedicated to running a business that serves the people. He was an excellent communicator - I appreciated that much of the quote process and scheduling happened via text. I chose Wisecrack after reviewing quotes from Safelite, Max Auto Glass and Wisecrack. Wisecrack was the most affordable option for my 2017 Subaru Crosstrek. And it feels so rewarding to support not only local, but an inspiring human. I'm a happy customer. Thanks George!

Was given this company name through a coworker. George responded quickly but from there it became a costly mistake. Less than a week after a new install I was on a longer highway trip when all of a sudden both weather strips flew off the sides and started flapping in the wind. I pulled over concerned that the window might fly out. I stopped at the nearest Walmart to buy some Gorilla tape to hold the molding and window in and then proceeded to call George and explain what had occurred. We agreed he would come to my office the next day and see what had happened. He never showed up, never called. I ordered some new weather stripping from Lexus and then went to another glass company I had used in the past. They told me that the weather stripping had not been installed correctly AND I would have to have a new windshield installed because they couldn't retract the old one without breaking it. This turned out to be a VERY expensive experience and from what I can surmise, as a result of a poor installation. Most of all, I feel like the owner dodged communicating with me because he knew it would result in a new windshield having to be installed.

Wisecrack is my glass guy. Apparently I need one with this car - windshield #3 in five years. I started with George after he handily beat Safelite with his quote and availability. He is responsive, skilled, and does excellent work. He is also a good guy that I enjoyed catching up with. This will be his last mobile service call for me since he now has a shop. The move was so he could service smart cars with safety features that have to be recalibrated after glass replacement. Providing a complete service to save a customer from having to go to the dealership after is the sort of professional George is. You would think with all those changes his price would go up. Well, it didn’t. Yeah. Wow. Highly recommend!

In the span of just over a week, we had repairs to all 3 of our vehicles done by this shop. We had them re-stick melted molding and do a chip repair on our Forester, replace a crazed wing window on the Prius, and replace the cracked windshield on our Eurovan. The fixes were quick, and professional, with no attempt to up-sale like some big shops. We took the Forester to a big chain shop, and they quoted $400 for a new windshield. Wisecrack fixed the molding and threw in the chip repair for $40! We highly recommend Wisecrack as the best place to take your vehicle for glass repair in Tucson. SUPPORT LOCAL SHOPS! This shop is awesome! This shop is now our go-to for all our glass needs.

My grandaughter had a crack in her windshield which was caused by the replacement of a rear view mirror not done properly by the dealer she just had purchased her car from. She had no insurance coverage at the time and therefore needed the cheapest replacement she could find. My husband found Wisecrack Auto Glass on line. The service she received from this gentleman was superior. She told us he was so professional, friendly and kind - she was so impressed. Therefore we would like to recommend his services to anyone in need of such repairs. This gentleman even got a new replacement rear view mirror from his supply because the car dealership had given her the wrong mirror. He gladly installed the mirror as well as the windshield.
