They were so quick took them 20 mins to replace my front windshield and was the cheapest of all the other websites I looked at. No even to mention they were so polite and didn’t leave me in the dark about when they were on the way etc.Not even to mention they came to me!! Even though they are a memphis based company they came to southaven. when totally took me by surprise. They also gave me my price from the jump instead of adding all these little extra fees.

I called about 4 different companies to get my back window fixed. I loved the fact that this company will come to you for the service. My work hours are funny so I couldn't get my truck to the other places. Plus I got the same work done for a cheaper price then the others I called. I would definitely recommend this company for your window replacement needs

I made an appointment online for day of service because I needed to get my windshield fixed before a buyer came to look at my vehicle. I got a confirmation email and was waiting for a call from the service tech. Instead I got a call 4 hours later from a call center rep asking for my VIN. When I gave it to her, she said because the warehouse was now closed they couldn't come that day. They could come 2 days later. At this point it was too late to get it done anywhere else! She claimed the sent me a message but I had no text, no phone message, and no email from them other than the confirmation I got that morning. As a result I was unable to sell my van to the person who came to look at it. Worst service ever!

I received a phone call shortly after getting a quote online and had my windshield repair scheduled for the next morning. They quickly communicated whenever they had an issue before my appointment and we got everything resolved through just quick texts. The installers called before and after they arrived. They were friendly and very professional. They did everything that needed to be done in the time frame that they stated. I haven't driven yet but everything looks fine. I was very nervous to try a different company than what I'm used to but I'm very glad that I went with this one.

Service has been great. Very thorough and straightforward. They tell you what they can and can't do and you just have to make a choice. Done in 1.5-2 hours. Price is reasonable compared to other companies that wanted to charge me $100-300 more.
