The service was very convenient, fast, and professional. My service representative was friendly, and quickly assessed the damage to replace my rear windshield. In addition, the service was significantly cheaper than other companies like safelite for the same repairs and glass, by hundreds of dollars. I would recommend WindshieldHub to others.

Technician arrived late, which is not really too much of a problem for me, considering there were other cars in the area that got their windows broken. After the service was done, the car was still full of glass that was just pushed under the front seat to the back seat foot well. I ended up having to clean all of this out. My door doesn’t really sound right after I got it serviced. I’m also missing a piece to my door after the service. I live in a higher risk area and I know a lot of people that are at the same risk of having their window smashed. I wouldn’t want them to face the same issues so I’ll have to tell them to steer clear of this place.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication & Service I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared. I scheduled a car window replacement with this company and have had nothing but frustration from start to finish. My order was messed up not once, not twice, but THREE times. The first glass they claimed was damaged when they received it, so I understood the delay and did not fault them. They said the job would be completed the following day, but the next day, they delayed the service again into the following week because they did not have the glass at all. The job was supposed to be completed by Thursday. It's now Monday, and not only is the service still unfinished, but they also completely no-showed to a scheduled appointment without so much as a courtesy call or update. They couldn't even bother to let me know they were running late. I had to call them several times on the day of the appointment to confirm they were still coming and rearranged my entire day for this appointment. To make matters worse, they charged my card before the technician ever arrived. When I tried to cancel the service due to their repeated errors and delays, I was given the runaround and met with resistance instead of any attempt to resolve the situation professionally. Save yourself the hassle. There are plenty of companies out there who respect their customers’ time, money, and trust. This is not one of them.

If you need to replace your glass I advise you to deal with them Very respectful. The manager refund me some money because their texts messages not coming through my inbox. I was complaining about ETA. He did the right thing for me.The tech guy cleaned up when work done. He is very professional.
