Recently had my windshield replaced on my car due to a small crack. Wilson's was able to get my replacement windshield overnight, dealt with most of the insurance stuff, and then put the windshield in very quickly the next day. (Much quicker turnaround and cheaper than the dealership was quoting!) Communication is A+ and the technicians that came to my house went above and beyond to get my finicky LKA system calibrated after the windshield was replaced. I busted the back window on my Toyota Tundra. I called the other glass company and they set me up with an appmt. The morning of the appmt they called and cancelled my appmt as they were having an issue getting the glass for my rear window. I asked how long would it be and they told me that they would have it by the end of the week. Well they never called. I then called my Toyota dealership and they sent me to Wilson's Auto Glass. Angela let me know they had to order the window from Toyota. She called me back in 10 mins and let me know that the glass was ordered. Just 2 days later Angela called me, we set up the appmt. I dropped off my truck and she called me bright and early the next morning letting me know my truck was ready. Great service, Angela was exceptionally wonderful. Safelite wouldn't touch my '66 Chevy because it uses a rubber gasket instead of a glue-in windshield. I was referred to Wilson's from a friend that builds muscle cars. They came to my house and installed a new windshield, new gasket, and installed my rear window in under any hour. Both gentlemen were polite and fun to talk to, and I will definitely call them again for the next antique vehicle I need glass installed in.

I called to get a windshield for a 90s model car that NO ONE had out of the 50 glass dealers I talked to. The amazing woman that answered the phone didn't just tell me no like the other 50 shops I talked to. She actually gave me multiple options, and is even calling around for me to find a potential shop somewhere on the East Coast that can ship the glass I need to a local shop for me. This is by far the best customer service I've received when dealing with something on my retro car and whether or not they can find it, it's the effort they put into helping me. They are the absolute best!
