2nd time here, first time I had rear window replaced on a Tahoe but the defroster was not connected to it, I don’t use it so ok whatever. Gave another chance with 2nd vehicle today brought in to fix a window that would go down but then would not go up at times. They gave me a price and estimate time of an hour max maybe less. After the hour was up went to check and was told that they needed to do something else to it and price went up, ok was already here so I gave the ok. After 30 minutes more they told me they didn’t have the motor and that they can leave the window in the up postion but will charge me $60, they told me to go buy the part at an autozone come back and they can install it for me for another $60. 2 hours wasted here. Not to mention they left my door panel dirty.

TERRIBLE, MADE ME DRIVE TO LOS ANGELES FROM SANBERNARDIO TO CHANGE MY WIND SHIELD FOR MY MAZDA THEY SAID THEY HAD THE WIND SHIELD IN STOCK NO NEED FOR AND APPOINTMENT , CALLED AGAIN RIGHT BEFORE GOING AND THEY SAID YES COME ON DOWN FROM SAN BERNARDIO ITLL TAKE NO MORE THAN 30 MINUTES, THEY LIED THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE MY WIND SHIELD IN STOCK, SO THEY JUST SAID WE DONT HAVE IT IN STOCK COME BACK NEXT WEEK knowing I came from over and hour drive away, No discount nothing not even a sorry, don't be fooled horrible service.

I will not advise Going unless you have all day I don't play no race card s*** but I went there they told me an hour and a half for three cars I told them okay I walked around the corner to the gas station walk back stood on the corner for 35-40 minutes smoking talking on the phone then I went back to my car and went to sleep for a whole another hour and a half two hours they did not start working on my car until I came and said something to them mind you the three cars I was waiting on being gone

This place is a joke took in my truck for a windshield replacement while replacing my windshield the broke my plastic cover and now my windshield is leaking inside my truck took in my truck so they could check it and they gave me the run around and blamed me for the issue before this my truck was fine they caused the issue and refused to resolve it and they tried to charge me again to fix the problem horrible customer service stay away from this place and don't be fooled the establishment s next to them are the same people

Fast and pretty friendly service. Had been looking for a windshield replacement place closer to home but they were all pretty pricy!! Called Brother Auto Glass and the lady gave me a quote over the phone. The price seemed almost too good that I even called back before I headed down to LA, she reassured me that the price was right and that it would take roughly and hour to do the job. We arrived and YUP fast and pretty friendly! Even had a ceviche man in the parking lot, grabbed lunch and had the windshield fixed!
