Western Carolina Auto Glass is awesome! We are a one car family, which means I needed to wait there while my windshield was replaced. They did a great job. My wait was much shorter than was expected. The staff is super friendly and efficient! I recommend them to anyone that needs auto glass repairs.

Fair pricing and honest service as compared to the major chains that do shoddy work. The manager even vacuumed my air vents for loose glass and even offered to give me a ride home while my car was being worked on. Highly recommended, honest business. Quality work.

My door glass was broken (on a trip through Memphis). These guys were able to get me a new door glass for my 2025 GMC the very next day where as the dealer said it would have been weeks. I did the work myself. Quality and fitment was good . Prompt parts. Saved my trip…. Thank you.

My windshield got broke while on vacation, and I was stuck in the rain. They worked me in right away, and worked with the insurance so it did not cost me out of pocket. They did an awesome job on my windshield. I would recommend them to anybody out this way.
