West herr glass is the best .I highly reccomend them .I had a problem with a difffernt glass company and I waited over 8 weeks and no windshield .when I called west herr they were extremely helpful from the start snd assured me I’d get my windshield in a week .they took care of getting everything from my insurance company for my claim to be approved . They called me in between to update me and today I got my windshield installed in just a few hours .you don’t often find a business that takes such good care of you .i was extremely impressed and I won’t ever go anywhere else for my glass needs.

I got a quote on the phone and was told if it cost more I would get a phone call with a price and service breakdown by Dan. They decided to just fix the car, then call me and tell me the price was almost double what was quoted. When I asked why I wasn't called so I would be aware of the new price, I was told the computer was down, it was busy and so forth. I don't mind paying what is needed, but it is never good customer service to just go ahead with repairs before consulting a customer. I told Dan I was not happy with his choice but glad the car got repaired. In this economy excuses don't cover bills you aren't prepared for.

Probably the best auto repair experience I have ever had. Jonathan defines the standard in customer service - personable, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. Replaced my sunroof in 20 minutes while I waited. Part was there 1 day after my call. Work was done professionally and to estimate. Truly a stress free experience. They know what they're doing.
