I have used.steban's for 27 years for my WORK vehiclE, I'm in sales and travel frequently. Accidents happen; recently my wife had a mishap in a parking garage in her 2000 Plymouth minivan. Remarkably our insurance covered the the repairs as it is a handicapped equipted vehicle. Went in with a 2 week commitment and we had it back in ten days. I needed access during that time, no problem and it was on short notice too, to Stebens. The repair was unnoticeable and to complete the job they had to repair the bumper cover as it is no longer available. 5 stars is not a high enough rating, it's more like a dozen, for their service level they provided in workmanship, cooperation and customer courtesy that we experience. I had to get my windshield replaced. Stone crack from the winter roads. Called up and talked to Peter Steben and he took the information and ordered the windshield. Set up an appointment for installation also. Brought in the car and the job was done on time. Excellent installation. Nice clean job. He handled everything with the insurance co. Very nice people to deal with and this is the second windshield I have replaced there in the last 2 years. Different cars. 5 star service.

You get that one job that just doesn't go right and you do what you can to fix it. We pride ourselves on our customer service and we feel that we solved this issue to your satisfaction. I stopped in to Steben’s on Monday (2/18/19). I had just got the front bumper of my SUV fixed elsewhere and it was a disaster. I stopped in and told Pauli about my dilemma and asked (just about begged) he help me out. He agreed with my opinion and even pointed out what the other place did wrong. The paint was still wet, they didn’t use a hardener, and the most obvious issue was it did not match. It was 3 shades different than the rest of the car. Pauli was hesitant to work on the bumper since he knew the paint that was used on it was cheap. He was concerned he might not be able to salvage the bumper. Knowing I had just paid another place for my nightmare he worked on the price and promised me I’d leave content when I picked up the car. I went to pick up my car today and Pauli delivered! I’ll rephrase that - Pauli went above and beyond. The bumper was fixed exactly as promised. The color was a perfect match! I would’ve been overjoyed if it ended there, but it didn’t. They even cleaned the outside of the car and dressed the wheels. Did I leave a body shop or a detail shop?! Lol. If you need to get any body work done on your car don’t think twice about it - Steben’s is where you want to go. They’re priced perfectly and deliver a result that’s worth more than you pay.

One of the few car shops that will actually down-sell you.. I wanted to get some rusty panels swapped out on an old car. They looked it over and said the cost would not be worth the car value. There's too many scams in the mechanic world, so I really appreciated their honesty. I now go here for all our cars. Recently got the AC repaired, was very reasonable pricing and quick turnaround time.
