I had such a great experience with warrior glass — from getting help with my insurance company, to getting an appointment (quickly!!) set up, to enjoying in the cozy waiting room. Although they have the option of coming to you to do the replacement, due to weather I went in to their shop and had a great place to work while I waited (again, so cozy!) for my new windshield. Derrick did an incredible job. It was super fast, super easy and I appreciated their friendly service along the way—from my first conversation with their office to getting the glass replaced. Highly recommend!!

The most important aspect of any service is the attitude, disposition, and communication toward customers. With that in mind, I’d like to share my experience with Warrior Auto Glass, particularly regarding the company’s approach to client interactions. Therefore, I’d like to express my appreciation to Derick Tabor, who helped me to schedule appointment as soon as it was convenient to me. As for the windshield installation itself, only time will tell how well it holds up. However, based on my current experience, I can confidently say that Warrior Auto Glass has earned my full support and highest recommendation for anyone needing windshield replacement. One small detail stood out to me and truly exemplified the company’s customer-first approach. I use plastic fasteners to attach a Mass Pike reader to my windshield. After my wife returned from work and asked me to reinstall the reader, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Warrior Auto Glass had pre-cut and reattached the fasteners during the installation process. All I needed to do was peel off the protective plastic to expose the adhesive and reattach the reader—quick and simple. This attention to detail speaks volumes about their work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction, which I believe extends to their windshield installations as well. Based on this experience alone, if I ever need to replace my car’s glass again, Warrior Auto Glass will be my first choice.

Outstanding experience with Warrior Auto Glass! 10 STAR review! While I know this is just one of the many five star reviews of this company, there are honestly no words to describe how professional, kind and dedicated Jason and Dereck are. Jason has been so very helpful over the phone, answering all of my many questions and making a world of a difference, expediting the process and making everything so easy for the customer. I unfortunately had a horror experience with Glass America, and a fairly terrible one with Safelite, so I will ensure I recommend Warrior Auto Glass to all of our friends and coworkers. Derek did a superb job installing our windshield! It looks outstanding, and it only took a little bit over half an hour. He was extremely respectful and so very kind to reschedule me one day early from my original appointment. This was honestly, unparalleled Customer Service, coupled by pure willingness to make a difference in the world that is way too busy, rushed, and often times careless. Derek and Jason, you gentlemen are really good humans! Thank you kindly for making such a difference! Simona

Recommended by our dealership service department as the folks to trust. Efficient and friendly, Michelle was clear, helpful, and responsive in communicating and helping navigate us through the best course of action and completing requirements for insurance. Technician Darren J. was friendly, fast, and pleasure to interact with. While farther than some options near my home, I will call on the Warrior Autoglass team if I ever have this type of issue again. Highly recommended!

This was my second time getting a windshield replaced at Warrior Auto Glass, and at this point I should probably get a frequent flyer card or something. Maybe "replace 3, get 4th free"? Oh wait, I have insurance and Warrior is a preferred vendor sooo they are all free. I called on Friday and had an appointment booked in 15 minutes for Monday. I dropped my car off at my convenience, dropped my keys and picked up my car when it was ready. The owners are awesome and really care about their customers and the service they provide, it's refreshing to see. Highly recommend this as a local Holliston business!! Just hoping I don't see them again too soon (nothing personal, blame the rocks on the highway)!!!!!ServicesAuto windshield replacement

Night and day service compared to Safelite (and I went to the Weymouth and the Norwood locations of Safelite). What started as a small crack in my windshield became a big deal when Safelite said they fixed the crack, but did not, and the windshield needed to be replaced. Safelite in Weymouth did such a poor job, that the moldings on both sides flew off while I was driving. I incurred a barotrauma injury to my inner ear due to the missing moldings (an injury I’m still dealing with.) Safelite refused to tow my vehicle, even though I had driven to New York and got stuck in Connecticut in excruciating pain. They did end up paying for a rental once I found friends to drive me back to MA, while I had to wait for the parts for my windshield to come in. This time, I went to Safelite in Norwood. After this third fix, I found out that Norwood didn’t even use legit Kia glass (and my vehicle’s only like six months old). I’ve driven the rental van, and multiple other vehicles, with no pain (unless I’m driving more than 20-30 min, as my inner ear hasn’t healed yet), but after the Norwood repair, my ear agitation increased after just 10 minutes of being in my vehicle. That’s when I called Derek and Jason. Derek came to my house. He let me watch and ask 1 million questions. He even let me text him after, and we are brainstorming one other idea (The molding on the front doesn’t fit flush to the windshield, and I’m just curious if that contributes at all to the air pressure being off, because, at this point, I’m still having mild pain). Still, you can visually see the marked difference between the work of Derek and the work of Safelite. Derek used actual Kia parts. Safelite didn’t even ask if I wanted Kia parts (I didn’t know enough to double-check). The Kia glass has a snap that connects the glass to the vehicle and the knock-off glass did not have that snap (you can see the glass they used compared to the glass Derek used, and you can see that snap in the picture). Also, the molding was all funky when Safelite did it, but when Derek did it he put it on perfectly straight just by eyeballing it. I’m still having ear pain, and Derek is still working with me on this, but the visible work is so much better, and my friends, who also noticed the weird pressure in the vehicle before (Because Safelite didn’t tow it my friends had to drive it to, and they got headaches driving it) don’t notice it anymore. Thank you so much Derek and Jason for your patience and willingness to keep brainstorming with me! Thank you for doing quality work! Totally going to recommend you the next time someone asks where to take their vehicle!
