Steve and his partner were on time, extremely helpful, very skilled, very careful and very polite. Could not have been a better experience. Had my windshield replaced by Walker Auto Glass about 18 months ago & forgot to give a review. These guys were great from start to finish. Customer service over the phone was fantastic & the installer who came to our home was extremely skilled & professional. They were even able to get my insurance to pay for OEM glass instead of aftermarket. I would highly recommend this outstanding local company.

***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY**** This company installed my windshield on 2 different occasions within a week it had a crack. They are a scam. They told me to call the dealership because they provided a faulty glass. Once I spoke with the service manager he advised they inspect the glass before selling it & it wasnt installed properly. He also advised that I am not the first person who has called him about this issues with this company. He said this company isn’t even approved by the dealer & recommended me to use the company the dealers at Mercedes use. As you can see in the photo. There is no impact point & this is the same spot the crack occurred last go round. Im highly dissatisfied

Called three glass companies to replace glass windshield and back glass of my 72 Chevy truck, with no luck, prior to getting Steve’s number. He arrived when he said he would, we had an issue that was not his fault (bad chrome trim) he ordered correct gasket and returned 2nd time to fix the issue! Very happy with the job! FANTASTIC SERVICE!! Starting with Jeanette! Wonderfull communication, First found and made room for me in their busy schedule, (accommodated me with the perfect time since I was traveling 2 hours away) I came down from Valdosta to have rear window glass replaced in my Mini Cooper, it only took 25 minutes!! STEVE & JOE were amazing! Very experienced, putting my mind at ease. Very professional and courteous! 5 Stars!!

Worst customer service ever. Nasty lady on the phone and very rude. We had a claim number and she refused to accept the claim or even listen to how she would be paid promptly by the Insurance Company. Threatened to pull windshield back out of car if not paid immediately. Unfortunately they were recommended to us through the Mercedes Dealership. I'll be sure and let them know about the terrible service. The windshield installer was wonderful. Too bad he has to work with people like her.
