Absolutely amazing customer and technical service. Truly, blown away. Bailey, who was my first point of contact was so personable and sincere~that sincerity continued through Matthew, the technician that came to my door step, repaired my windshield in literally 10 minutes. I couldn't even see the crack anymore. Amazing company. I highly recommend them!

The office girl could not be more snippy and rude, I use to recommend this shop to many people. If you’re going to Urban Auto Glass, don’t deal with the little secretary Jen! She was rude on the phone and when I asked to schedule to get my truck tinted, she said they were weeks out and hung up on me! No call back whatsoever, despite even leaving a voicemail. Jen single-handedly lost my business for Urban due to how unprofessional she was at work and I wouldn’t recommend this place to any of my family or friends. Went elsewhere and got a quality tint done same day with someone who actually wanted my business.

After having difficulty with other larger auto glass shops in town, we were grateful for the prompt and thorough service at Urban Auto Glass. State Farm was able to gain contact with them in less than 10 minutes and they were able to schedule me very quickly. There were a few things other shops were not able to do due to our car having “eyesight” however, it was not an issue at all for Urban Auto Glass. We would highly recommend coming here and will be using their services for our other cars and family’s cars.

Fantastic customer service, excellent work and great people. Bailee, the front desk/office administrator, coordinated with my insurance company which saved me an hour's worth of pain and suffering. Matt, the owner, is an ultimate professional who stands by his work. Mobile service to your site available up to 30/40 miles. They were recommended to me by the auto dealership and they were right!

Horrible horrible horrible customer service technician was late and didn’t even apologize for. I had spoke with representatives prior to appointment for window tint services and replacement of a window regulator for my truck, but forgot it as this experience. At least the gentleman on the phone apologized for the technicians rudeness. I did appreciate that.
