Universal Auto Glass

I needed a windshield for my car to be inspected and it was the last day of the month when I called. They were able at 4pm to order the windshield and was available to install at their location on a Saturday at 7:30am. They did a good job. I have no complaints so far and they were not only the people who could do it the quickest, but also had the lowest price as well. Would recommend.

(I called and got his name...Jay!) Thank you Jay, you are probably one of the nicest people I've ever delt with. You were so kind and respectful. My car auto locked after I unlocked it. He was so kind and called me to come out and unlock it. He wasn't frustrated and he didn't talk down to me when I told him that I was sorry and that I thought I left it unlocked. He explained that my brand of car will self lock after some time. The job he did was AMAZING! THANK YOU UNIVERSAL! (Even though my daughter works for a competitor, you guys were GREAT!!!! LOL) Thank you again. I wish I had gotten his name. And thank you to the great office I spoke with Ashley yesterday to set everything up and she was super helpful too. Called Universal to get a windshield installed, and it was done within 48 hours. It was a seamless process from the start. Kerrie helped me get through the insurance process right over the phone, and Alex and Richie did a great job with the install. Universal Auto Glass is the way to go!

I cannot say enough great things regarding my experience with Universal Auto Glass. Having never had an auto glass issue in the past, I was unclear as to how to proceed. When I first contacted the UAG Office, I spoke with Ashley the Office Manager/Customer Service Representative. Right from the jump Ashley was outstanding! It was quite late in the work day yet Ashley graciously & patiently walked me through the claim process and answered all of my questions thoroughly, however, in a very succinct manner. When our call ended, I contacted my insurance company and as Ashley had explained, they forwarded her my claim information and she was able to schedule me an appointment at my home the very next day. Throughout that day, Ashley provided me with updates regarding my appointment time window. This information was essential as I was working from home that day and it allowed me to plan accordingly. Ashley’s updates & timelines given were spot on take truly assisted me in navigating my workday. When it was time for my truck to be serviced, I was contacted by UAG Owner Alex Tavares. He informed me that he, his & cousin were en route to my home in order to replace my windshield. Hearing that UAG is a family run business immediately made me feel as though I had made an incredible sound decision in choosing UAG. Alex and his crew were absolute professionals from start to finish. They arrived at my home on time based upon the updates provided to me throughout the day by Ashley. They introduced & presented themselves in a very positive & manner. When it came to their job performance, they tackled the windshield task at hand head on with high levels of both precision & efficiency. They completed the windshield replacement readily and without any level of disruption to the neighbors. They finished the job in it’s entirety by thoroughly cleaning up the work area and.packing any resulting debris (including my damaged windshield) in their work van prior to exiting my property. My entire Universal Auto Glass experience was amazing. This family run business operates with a great sense of great pride. This was abundantly evident and clearly observed throughout my interactions with Alex, Ashley & other members of the Universal Auto Glass family. All of these individuals are high class acts and their performance & customer service are 2nd to none. Had my windshield replaced Tuesday and it was an amazing experience...Alex who is the owner and his whole staff...Ashley, PJ, his nephew who was the installer (forgive me I forget his name) were all amazing...you are nuts if you do not call Universal for your auto glass needs...would give 10 stats if I could.

At first I called Safelite because of their marketing and they are so well known. However my first call to them was Saturday and I have been trying to reach them via their website ever since until yesterday October 19th Wednesday. I was so disgusted by not being able to reach a human being and being forced to use the website, which is no problem at all but I really had a question other than the two choices given on the website before you could move forward. Then, Universal Auto Glass in Fall River was highly recommended to me and I'm so glad I called them! They came up to Randolph Massachusetts the very next day (today Thursday the 20th) and right on time, too. Being on time is not always easy to do because they could run into other problems along the way. But I am so appreciative! They did a fantastic job, they were friendly and personable and very professional. I will never call Safelite again. Did I say call? You can't reach him by phone even on the 800 number. No, I will never try to connect with them via their website ever again - not if I'm forced to wait 5 days and STILL not hear from them!! Definitely call universal Auto Glass at 508-672-770!!!
