I had a really awful experience with this shop, though everyone except the owner was very helpful and very polite. I had my windshield replaced (mobile repair) in September 2019. This shop used a low quality Chinese windshield and did $1200 worth of damage to my windshield channel in the process. After receiving a quote from a trusted shop, the owner tried to pressure me into having my car repaired at a lower cost elsewhere. I told the owner I would simply contact my insurance company instead, at which point the owner let me know he would be calling his lawyer. I got my car repaired where I wanted, and my insurance refunded my deductible today. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

They got the job done and fast but left me a nice mess to clean…. I am not sure how it usually works but I would put a cover over dash to protect from debris. And at least try to clean up after ourselves. This was also inside my garage and a huge mess of old sealant clippings and grinder dust all over the garage floor as well. (did not even say anything about it or try to clean anything up, honestly if he had said something I probably would have said not to worry.) At least picked up big stuff off the floor but literally everything was left. I also just had cleaned up the vehicle so it was not dirty.

I bought a used car recently and thought i was getting a great deal. Too good to be true. We noticed the next day that the windshield was leaking a bit on our center console. We called United to come take a look, i described the issue over the phone and they were able to give me an accurate quote. Very informative on the process and answered all my whats and whys. Scheduled a service same day. Lupe arrived well within his estimated time of arrival. The unfortunate part of this experience was that my car is much worse than i thought. The rust is to the the extent that the repairman said it wouldn't be a good idea to repair it remotely. He was exceedingly honest on how bad he thought our situation was, our car is going to need some metal restoration, which is beyond the services for their business. I feel most places would just say, "You're SOL, Seeya!" Not this place. Lupe empathized on my situation and although he was unable to give me a permanent fix, he filled the immediate leak, at NO charge to me. What an AWESOME service. (Side note, the fix is still working, no leaks! We have a little extra time to save to get it fixed now!) I wish i could have had them fix the window, but I'm glad they didn't try and fail. We absolutely recommend this place to everyone and next time we have a service, we will be back! Thank you very much for making our bad situation a little bit better!!!

The team at United Auto Glass made a vandalized window repair a piece of cake. From the beginning of the process, they treated my problem as though it was personal to them. They made countless calls to my insurance provider, sourced parts for my [apparently] vintage truck, and sent repair techs out numerous times to fix the problem at hand the right way. I'm sure there was frustration on their part for how many visits had to be made for this simple fix, but I never heard an iota of complaint from them for any inconvenience. 5 stars for the team at United, thanks for the positive experience.

Beware I hired united auto glass bought their windshield for my 64 impala and to install it. Windshield is not even installed correctly, it leaks. I also paid for the trim to be installed and Jason chipped my new paintjob in several places. I messaged him to install it correctly and after 4 weeks he finally answered me said he was on "vacation". I called Rick and left a message about this. It's been 3 days and no response. I suggest using another company. First red flag is he only accepts cash.

Excellent customer service and they did an excellent job replacing a rear window in our subaru. We called around several places and we're but figured to make one more call and we are glad we did. Before we knew the price we were already sold with the customer service the nice lady showed us. They came within the promised timeframe and cleaned up all the shattered glass. They did not leave a mess in our garage and the window looks fantastic. Thank you everyone at United auto glass.
