Recently had three windshields replaced on my vehicles by Twin Cities Auto Glass. Their prices were competitive, their technicians were prompt and they were fast without sacrificing professionalism or quality work. Any company can provide good service when things go well, but when we ran into a hurdle on a specialty vehicle their knowledge and service really shone through. They took extra steps to ensure I would be completely happy with the final result. I can not say enough good things about them and have already recommended their services to colleagues.

Just had a new windshield put on my 2005 Ford F250. Twin Cities Auto Glass was great to work with. Holden was the technician that completed the job. He was very professional, very punctual, and a great communicator. He completed the replacement onsite at my work, which was very convenient for me. He let me know all details ahead of time, throughout the process, and left me with detailed instructions for caring for the job that he had just completed. I would highly recommend this company if you're looking for auto glass repair.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

Like the many others that have left a review, we had a great experience. We recommend calling TC Auto Glass to schedule the repair. During the call they connected us with our insurance company to authorize the replacement. (Our chip was medium-sized but it had many spider cracks around it so we told our insurance we needed a full replacement.) The other advantage of calling them was that we were able to learn that they can get Mopar glass for our Dodge Ram 1500! (That's original equipment, not plain, unbranded glass.) We got lucky and were able to get an appointment for the next day. Our technician, James, came to our home and did an excellent job.

Needed a windshield replaced on a 2015 Ford explorer interceptor with 2 spotlights. I worked with insurance to schedule the initial appointment. When the technician arrived I was informed that he didn't know how to work on the vehicle because of the spotlights. I called the company (who hadn't even correctly taken down my contact info) to reschedule and was told they had a technician who had experience working on decommissioned cop cars and rescheduled an appointment basically a week and a half out. I inquired if I could get an earlier appointment due to the fact the reschedule was a result of their tech not being able to perform the work and was told I couldn't. The company then called me the business day before the appointment and informed me that I was responsible for getting the spotlights removed prior to the tech coming out. I was informed that the reason it has been such a hassle is because my vehicle is very rare (it's not). I got offered a reschedule after the maintenance supervisor reluctantly agreed to do the job. All in all I ignored quite a few red flags in this debacle and that's on me but if you can't do the work just tell me and we won't waste each other's time. Meanwhile the first outfit I called has done extensive work on police vehicles and got me on the books for as soon as these guys could on far less notice. When I cancelled my appointment I wasn't offered an apology and was just told that the appointment was now cancelled. Disappointing experience as this company came highly recommended.

This business sure knows how to take care of their employees. Holden O. worked on one of our customers vehicles. He is one of the most professional glass installers you could find in the industry. A company who takes care of the employees first will always show through these interactions. It was genuine. As long as I live in Minnesota. This place will be my first recommendation for any of my friends and family members. I work at a local shop and will continue to use them. P.S. they are extremely busy. Give them a chance and be nice to them! They won’t let you down.

Awesome experience all around. Had my windshield damaged in the hailstorm and out of all the glass companies I called in Minneapolis including Safelite, Twin Cities Auto Glass was the only one that promptly did the backend communication with insurance, saving me hours of being on hold with reps, booked an appointment, and then had a tech drive out to me the next weekday and repair the windshield in <1 hour. They were the company recommended by my Subaru dealership which is another plus. Hopefully I won't have any more broken windows/glass but if I do, I will be coming straight back!
