Great experience. I got my windshield replaced there. The owner and staff are very friendly, and they even helped me fixed some other small issues for free!!! I feel I was being treated like an old friend. They even went to the parts shop with me to help me get the right parts to fix my remaining issues from history. I’m surprised to see these 1 star review popped out at basically the same time and stated the same words. I believe these are from competitors trying to make Tucson Tinting sounds bad. If you have doubt, just go visit them and see how friendly and professional they are.

Horrible service! Poor craftsmanship. The owner is a horrible liar and a cheat! Quoted me. Cash price then the price jumped up $50.00. Lots of bubbles or air pockets left in the tint asked to wait one week to allow for drying. Waited, went back and was given excuse after excuse as why that had happened. First I was told my car was old (2005), next my windows were dirty, then it was late in the day, or that I wasn’t waiting long enough for the bubbles to dry out. Lastly that I must’ve rolled all the windows down. Physically impossible to roll down my rear window. He made me go back four times before he had to replace three of the four side windows. Left a bunch of clippings and towels in the car when they were at 7:30 pm. My boyfriend took my impala here yesterday 6/29/2020. It was poor quality so I called to ask him why there were so many bubbles on my windows after. He said to give it a week and they will go away and if they dont to come back and he will do it again but no refunds. I was not happy with the tint job so I had my bf take it back to be removed from all the windows. He did get a refund, however when I got my car back home I noticed there was still tape on the back driver window. I tested the window. It went down and did not go back up. My boyfriend spoke to the manager who said my window was already broken before which is absolutey not true and he refused to fix it. He didnt care. I was at carwash next to this place the guy walked to me and said hey I can fix your window regulator bcz it was stuck not rolling up. I drove to his shop. After 1 hr ''I can't fix it, you need to buy a regulator I will not charge extra for installation'' he said. I paid him for his failure to fix and also for installion and then left his shop to buy a regulator. Went back to his shop he refused to install the regulator. He was asking to pay him again, I might have paid him but he was really rude...

Most unprofessional, unorganized, poor customer service, and horrible communication I have ever experienced. They failed to provide me with all installation items and could not find my threadlocker after dropping my vehicle off. Made an appointment for 11am, but it was not honored. Ended up getting my vehicle the next day about 6pm. No respect for their customers time. Would personally not use this shop.

I went to this place needing replacement tint and when it was done lookd ok in the shop then i notice the scratch makes in the sun i mean it looked bad as a car does to a furniture in your place i mean horrible they scrape so hard that they took my solar lining out of my window. Terrible service. I do not recommend this place at all.
